Find Me In Your Labyrinth pdf

\Estelle glanced up with a cool composure, “That was quick, did you wrap up your chat already?”
“Nah, I was just worried you’d fall victim to my mom’s unique taste So I’m just coming down to check on you!” Jonathan
descended two steps, stopping before Estelle and looked her over. “My Ella, you’ve got this magical touch that turns the drab
into fab!”
Downstairs, Catherine was still lingering about. Feeling her cheeks warm, Estelle sidestepped to head upstairs, “I’ve got classes
to catch!”
She walked into Henson’s room, where he was deeply engrossed in his video game. He glanced up at Estelle and nearly
launched his phone across the room in surprise.
His eyes went wide, “Everything okay with you?”
“Do I look weird or something?” Estelle asked, unflappable.
“It’s fine, I guess,” Henson said with a complex expression, “just feels a bit off, you know?”
He frowned, “Please don’t tell me it was my grandma who picked that out for you?”
Estelle set down her bag and nodded, “Yep!”
Henson looked at her with pity, “You can’t let her get away with everything. Otherwise, she’ll push you even further. Next thing
you know, it won’t just be a dress.”
Estelle was taken aback, “It can’t be that bad, can it?”
“With my grandma, anything’s possible,” Henson said gravely. “You’ve got leverage with Jonathan on your side. Use it to fend off
any outlandish demands!”
Estelle nodded in agreement, “Got it, thanks for the heads-up!”
“Don’t mention it. I still owe you one for talking Jonathan into showing up at parent-teacher night!” Henson added.
Estelle flipped open a textbook, casually asking, “How did that go, anyway?”

“Not bad, just a bit more tense than usual,” Henson recalled the image of Jonathan sitting there, making even the teachers
nervous, and couldn’t help but chuckle.
He looked at Estelle, “Next time, you should go in my stead. With Jonathan there, our teacher forgot half her speech. I was
sweating bullets for her. Plus,” he lowered his voice, “she’s single and quite a looker. If Jonathan keeps showing up, you might
find yourself in a pinch!”
Estelle was unfazed, “He wouldn’t dare.”
Henson squinted at her, sighing, “I can’t believe Jonathan’s so wrapped around your finger. Poor guy.”
“Don’t pity him—he’s loving it,” Estelle quirked an eyebrow.
“That just proves there’s something wrong. Like, who’s happy after getting punched?” Henson quizzed.
Estelle thought for a moment, “But we’re punching each other and enjoying it. You’re only seeing him get twisted by me. What
about him twisting me?”
Henson frowned, concluding, “Then both of you are nuts!”
Estelle laughed and smacked his head lightly with her book, “Class time, let’s focus!”
Henson pulled out his textbooks, “Oh, and Norah didn’t leave the house today. After class, you should check on her.”
Estelle blinked in surprise, “She didn’t go to the barbecue joint?”
“Nope, she’s been moping around like she’s heartbroken again,” Henson sighed heavily. “I’m never getting into a relationship—
turning myself into a wreck like that is horrifying!”
“You’re overthinking it,” Estelle chided with a light snort. “Let’s get to studying.”
After class, around eleven, Jonathan texted Estelle, [Come upstairs!]
Estelle replied, [I’ll drop by Norah’s first.]
She pocketed her phone and made her way to Norah’s room, knocking before entering. Norah was sitting at her desk, piecing
together a promotional plan for her company.

Estelle smiled lightly, “Working hard, even on the weekend?”
Norah looked up, her expression playful, “Got a meeting on Monday and I’m racing against the clock.”
Her gaze lingered on Estelle’s outfit, and she burst out laughing, “That’s got to be grandma’s doing, right? She’s finally made her
move. And what about Jonathan? He just let it happen?”
