Fled With CEO’s Twin Babies by Sherri Roman

Chapter 320 Enormous Pressure
Joe stood where he was and watched the two of them leave. His eyes grew darker and darker.
When the two of them came near the terrace, Trevor let out a long sigh of relief. “Joe’s aura is too strong. I feel like he’ll strangle
me to death if I say a few more words.”
Charlotte laughed, “Then why did you deliberately provoke him?”
“I’m doing this for you, aren’t I? You’re so heartless.” Trevor sneered.
A hint of complexity flashed in Charlotte’s eyes.
At first, she might have held a grudge against Joe, but now it was all gone. However, Joe’s proposal that day made her feel that
he should intervene in the education of Ben and Anna. Was he going to take them away next?
Charlotte would rather declare her position from the very beginning to prevent such a situation from happening.
Disdain flashed across Trevor’s expression. “I advise you to find the source of the information as soon as possible. I’ve heard
Patrick mention Cowper before. Even he thinks that this person’s means are dirty.”
If they didn’t give him face today, the grudge would be completely formed.
Charlotte nodded. After chatting with Trevor for a while, she was ready to leave quietly.
It was late at night, but there were still cars coming and going on the road. The dim streetlights made the night darker.
Charlotte, who was standing at the door and waiting for Frank to drive her up, suddenly felt as if there was a blade on her back,
and a very aggressive gaze fell on her.
Charlotte subconsciously turned around and saw Joe holding a cigarette between his fingers in the corner of the door. The
scarlet fire flickered in the dark.
Joe was hidden in the darkness, but for some reason, Charlotte could feel that he was looking at her.
They looked at each other from afar without saying a word.

As a strange feeling arose in her heart, the horn of a car suddenly sounded Charlotte. She did not have time to look at Joe and
hurriedly got in the car.
It was just a short glance, but it made Charlotte’s heart tighten. Maybe it was because he had been too gentle in front of her
during this period of time that she almost forgot what kind of person he was.
He was Mr. Smith, who could turn Atlanta upside down with just a few words.
Fortunately, they did not contact each other for the next week, and Charlotte gradually forgot this feeling of nervousness.
One day, Gideon came to her office with a suitcase.
Charlotte raised her eyebrows. “Are you going on a business trip?”
Gideon smiled mysteriously, and there was a hint of cunning in his eyes.
Seeing that he was deliberately setting up doubts, Charlotte simply put down the pen in her hand, “It seems that you have been
doing a good job as a designer in Smith Group recently?”
Even Charlotte didn’t expect that Gideon would replace her for the time being and bring her to Smith Group for no reason.
Moreover, Gideon seemed to be quite happy there.
“You’re right.” Gideon knocked on the suitcase in his hand and lifted it onto the table.
Charlotte looked at him in confusion. She saw Gideon open his suitcase with a snap and everything she saw was money.
Charlotte was stunned.
She had seen money before, but she had never seen such money.
The entire suitcase was stuffed to the brim, as if it would pop out any more money. She roughly calculated that the money in the
suitcase should be at least a few million dollars.
Gideon sat in the chair opposite Charlotte and sneered. “This is just the appetizer. I promise you that there will be more rewards
than this.”
