Barbara gasped in disbelief. “A-are you threatening me?”
Philip shook his head briefly. “No, I’m just giving a warning. Next time, no one is allowed to change anything in this house without
my knowledge. Even Mrs. Kara would have to tell me first before adding a vase, let alone you, a newcomer.”
Barbara clenched her fists. Her eyes were red with anger. However, Philip was not afraid. Instead, he gave her an innocent
smile.
“Now, if you want to stay here in peace, behave yourself. I will call you Young Lady when you are fit in.”
Barbara’s breath became louder. In her entire life, no one had ever insulted her like that. “I will report you to my mother. Let’s see
who should behave.”
“You still want to report me even though the results are guaranteed to be nil?”
While Barbara fell silent, Philip nodded his head. “Okay. Just do what you want to do, and I will do what I want too. Say goodbye
to my help
Barbara gasped. She just remembered her original purpose of meeting Philip.
“If I don’t report you, will you help me?” Barbara asked hesitantly the man returned to his chair.

“So, what position can I fill?” Barbara folded her arms on the table. Her head tilted forward, as if the answer was in her brother’s
face.
“Your achievements are not bad.” Frank put down the portfolio and pressed it with his index finger. “It’s not as bad as I thought.”
The corners of Barbara’s lips rose slightly. “Yeah, you shouldn’t have looked down on me, Brother.”
“But, in all my life, I’ve never heard of all these competitions. Did you make them up or what?”
Barbara’s expression froze. After a blink, she shrugged. “They’re all real. If you don’t believe me, just ask Mom or check the
trophies on our shelves. You can find the proof.”
Snorting, Frank turned back to the list. “Party dress design contest, best fashion designer competition, best new designer of the
year. All of these are gray.”
“But I did win,” Barbara said firmly.
Frank took a quick breath. “Then prove it.”
He handed her a piece of blank paper. “Sketch a party dress in 60 seconds.”
Barbara’s eyes widened. Her pupils fluttered as Frank put a penci front of her.
