Chapter 3482  The Wheelomachy! II

The visage of someone unfathomably powerful…was splitting apart and beginning to fade.

"Those assholes really planned well. Especially those Faceless Entities you observed in that scene. They seem to hold a sort of complexity that is resistant to The Change that has begun spreading with this Frequency as the Source. Take caution against them when you do come across them. I do not fully grasp your level of complexity, but it is possible for anyone who has Severed their weavings of existence and then Pioneered their own path to potentially leave a Frequency of Existence. If a path is available for them. If they have unique means. For you, if you can access the paths I set within the Wheelomachy, they can lead you to anywhere you wish to go. As of this moment onward, you can take and consider yourself distinguished as a Watcher of the Wheelomachy. Not just any Watcher, but one of Direct Descent from the First Watcher of the Wheelomachy who passed her weavings to me. That is if you wish to take on this distinction. And if I have one last piece of advice for you…"

His singularities turned melancholic and filled with complexity.

A last piece of advice.

As he said this, his lower half began to shatter and fade away while his voice was just as resonant.

"Everyone seems to be chasing after more and more complexity. To get closer and closer to the Wheel. If this is the only drive one has- just an endless need to increase the complexity of existence, you will come to find that it never ends. You will always want more no matter what you achieve. Your life…would never have that sense of fulfillment and happiness."

"Do you know who I envy? The farmer who wakes up daily to tend to his fields. No recognition of Mana, Extremes, or weavings of existence. Just a mundane life where they live every day doing what they love. There are hardships here and there. Sickness. Loss. But at the end of the day, they live a century of fulfillment before they die peacefully. I envy the quintillions of entities out there whose lives are filled with simplicity- who are not seeking a constant drive for greater complexity. The more complex our existences become, the more entwined we seem to ever increasing problems. That…is our burden to bear. But for you my friend, I would advise you to find simplicity. Fulfillment for you to enjoy this fickle weaving of life now, and not as some distant goal in the future. After all, the future is not guaranteed."

His visage began to shake and dissipate.

His round head glistened in the fractured space as he looked towards Ozymandias for a few more seconds before…he entirely disappeared.

His words buzzed within Noah's weavings. Fulfillment.

Contentment!

Every single entity was just constantly chasing for greater and greater complexity as many never stopped to think about anything else.

Noah genuinely loved the feeling whenever he did make advancements, whenever he understood more about the mysteries of power and complexity.

This was part of his contentment. He also had other things that he never gave up no matter how complex he became.

His family.

His women.

The mundane action of intimacy he had with his women- he never left it behind as this was also part of his fulfillment. While he was stuck in Hell Terra Firma as existence unraveled around him, did he not enjoy this fulfillment with Barbatos?

So when it came to a sense of happiness and contentment, Noah's weavings did not leave companionship behind.

But there was one thing he thought of that he had not gone around to doing.

It may seem like years ago when mere days and weeks had passed, but he had envisioned that when he reached a level of power where he did not have to worry about others harming him or those he loved, he would retire to be a farmer and just enjoy his days!

Every day, he seemed to be reaching a new level of power.

But his enemies also became stronger with every passing day.

Threats became more and more immense with every passing day!

If it continued like this, would he not be forever waiting for that day to retire on some fantastical farm that would never exist?

He watched Bob dissipate entirely as this being left him with bundles of information regarding the Expanse, the Wheelomachy, the Logos of the Wheel, and more as a truly arduous road lay ahead!

Did he have to always keep the end goal he only imagined towards a peaceful end that may never come? What stopped him from doing it now even amidst all of this chaos? There was nothing denying him of this as he nodded while thinking of his next steps.

Around him, the veiled cluster of shattered space began to unravel as the memories and bundles of information from Bob all flowed throughout his weavings.

Many things had occurred.

The Change that many people felt was coming bloomed as Noah was either a core figure in its initiation or simply one of the figures that contributed to this Change as his first entrance and exit into Hell Terra Firma had given free reign.

Akin to a spark lighting up dry leaves in a forest, and now a fire was spreading rapidly all around.

But the stage had already been prepared. Dried branches and leaves were stretched out across this Frequency and other Frequencies of the Wheel.

And as the Weavings of Existence began to burn,  those who were always there to watch it or aid in its correction were currently preoccupied in their own musings of war.

The Logos of the Wheel was compromised alongside the Watchers of the Wheelomachy!

And in the middle of all of this, the appearance of unknown Faceless Entities embroiled in the midst of all of this chaos.

Now, Noah had to pick apart and face all of this all, all the while dealing with his own aims of expansion into the Purgatory Lands as he obtained enough fuel to elevate his own increasing Complexity of Existence!

The stage was set, and now there was only magnificence to follow….
