Leave Me Alone Mr Shaffer Novel

Chapter 495 Steven Chavez

Gordon was heavily intoxicated, stumbling so much that he needed Isabella's
assistance to walk out.

As they reached the bottom of the stairs, two bodyguards blocked their path.
“Mr. Dunkstein, you haven't settled your bill yet.”

Without hesitation, Isabella stopped and asked Gordon where his card was.
Gordon casually took out his card and slammed it onto the bill, saying, “Swipe it!”
Observing his actions, Isabella couldn’t help but roll her eyes.

A moment later, the bartender returned with the card.

“Mr. Dunkstein, I apologize, but there isn’t enough balance on your card to cover
the payment.”

“Nonsense! I've only been here for a few days!” Gordon, with bloodshot eyes,
raised his hand to strike the bartender.

Isabella swiftly grabbed his hand, turned to the bartender, and said, “Let me see
the bill.”

The bartender glanced at her and signaled to the bodyguard beside him.
Isabella took the bill, realizing they were surrounded.

She glanced at the bill and gasped. “Over 9 million?”

Gordon instantly sobered up, snatched the bill, and exclaimed, “D*mn it, are you t
to scam me? Did I drink gold or something?”

Isabella had a suspicion, guessing that he was being set up. All the women in the
roo earlier were high-class drink pushers.

With million’s worth of alcohol, opening dozens of bottles could indeed amount to
over 9 million.

“Mr. Dunkstein, are you attempting to leave without paying?”

The manager on duty appeared, and with a wave of his hand, the number of
surrounding bodyguards increased by half.

Isabella felt a sinking feeling, knowing that the situation had escalated.

Gordon wouldn't accept a loss quietly, and the other party wouldn't back down
either.

“Stop treating people like fools! There's only so much alcohol going in and out of
room these days. Who are you trying to fool?”

Gordon continued to rant, showing no fear.

The manager, known as John, rudely “invited” Gordon upstairs and even
attempted to humiliate Isabella.

Initially, Gordon wasn’t too angry, but when he saw someone trying to humiliate
Isabella, his eyes turned bloodshot. He picked up a chair and smashed it at the
person.

“Gordon!”

Isabella was shocked, breaking out in a cold sweat. Mr. Dunkstein was
stubbornly escalating the situation, pushing things to an irreversible point within
minutes.

The nearest bodyguard was knocked away. John’s expression changed, and he
smashed a glass on the spot.

“You little brat, you don’t appreciate the respect given to you!”

The surrounding bodyguards picked up their batons, ready to take action.
Gordon stood in front of Isabella, showing no fear.

Isabella surveyed the surroundings, then turned to John and said, “Where is
Steven? Is he hiding somewhere, watching the show?”

John's eyes flickered. “Shut up, woman!”

As he approached, only half of his face was visible. His bangs were long,
covering one of his eyes.

His entire presence exuded a dangerous aura. The word “danger’ was practically
written on his forehead.

“You're quite clever, much more intelligent than this fool.” He rudely glanced at
Gordon.
