- Chapter 34 - Aubery wants to personally take care of the child
“Okay, I’ll call you, Mom.” Gong Kui rubbed her body against Nina’s body, grabbed the small suitcase on the side, and turned to look at Gong Yao, “Holly, do you have anything to say to Mom?”
Gong Yao stood in front of his luggage the entire time, expressionless.
Hearing that, he raised his head to look at Nina, indifferently bowing to her, “Thank you for your hard work during this period.”
Seeing him being so distant and courteous, Nina smiled bitterly, then patted his shoulder, “Don’t be so courteous to me, okay? You have to take care of yourself. If you are happy, you have to say it. If you are unhappy, you have to say it. “
He was a mini version of Aubery, and his emotions were kept hidden.
Carson was already standing at the door.
“I’m leaving.” Gong Yao pulled the small suitcase along as he walked towards Carson. Suddenly, he stopped and turned his head to look at his mom, his young and tender voice cold. “Take two of the cold medicine in one go, you took three in the morning.”
With that, Gong Yao pulled the luggage and left.
Nina was startled, then smiled, her heart was warm, and said loudly: “I’ll remember it, Holy.”
Yes.
Gong Yao was still different from Aubery Kung, her son was more considerate.
On the other side of the road, in the huge Office of the President, in the N.E. building.
Aubery Kung sat in front of his desk and pushed the documents on it to the side, revealing a blank space.
He picked up a new phone and placed it on the table. Immediately, the holographic image’s screen and keyboard appeared on the table. He reached out his hands and pressed on it a few times, reading the news, watching the videos, typing in the text.
Perfect.
Once holographic age’s technology was brought to the market, it would definitely cause an unprecedented sensation. He had wanted to do this project four years ago, but the results were delayed by four years.
Aubery Kung tested every step.
With a gentle stroke of his finger, a piece of news popped out.
It was Nina Xi’s latest news. As a commoner, she had already caused a sensation as she fought in court with him, the Right to maintenance. The media was paying attention to every step of the way.
The photo was of her hugging Gong Kui, she was holding her in her arms, Gong Kui was blowing bubbles, she was laughing extremely happily, her teeth were white.
Aubery Kung lowered his gaze and stared at the picture. For a moment, he was in a daze as his long fingers suddenly moved towards that face, enlarging the picture as his fingertips stopped at her smiling eyes.
Beautiful eyes.
“Knock, knock, knock.”
Someone knocked on the door.
Aubery kung’s body shook, he immediately closed off the news, and his body leaned back, returning to being cold.
“Young Master.” Carson walked in from outside and arrived in front of Aubery’s desk. “Miss Sunflower and Young Master Holly have already received it.”
“Is that so?” Aubery Kung shot him a cold glance, “Send them back to Imperial Castle.”
Carson stood there and did not move.
“Is there anything else?” Aubery asked coldly.
“Master, do you have to win this case?” Carson asked.
“What do you think?” Aubery’s gaze was gloomy as he kept the holographic image on the table, “We must win this case.”
If he didn’t win, he would lose the entire game.
“Yes, young master.”
Carson nodded and turned to leave. Just as he walked a few steps away, Aubery Kung suddenly stood up from the desk and looked at him coldly with his black eyes. “Wait, I’ll personally send them back.”
“What?” Carson was stunned.
“Not only today, but from tomorrow onwards, if I don’t have a choice, I won’t come to the company. Help me keep an eye out. If you need anything, just bring it home.”
Aubery Kung opened the drawer and took the car key out.
“Young Master, do you want to take care of the twins personally?” Carson understood Aubery’s intention.
“Do you think that Nina has any other motive than taking the initiative to let me take care of the child first? The only thing she can beat me about is that I’m too busy working to take care of the kids myself. ” Auber Kung said indifferently as he walked outside, “Find a photographer to record the five days I spent together with the twins. I’ll submit them to the court in the future. I’ll make Nina lose her only advantage. “
“…”
Carson walked behind Aubery Kung. Young Master and minuscule thought had started fighting.
He took out his phone and sent a message to Nina Xi.
Nina quickly replied back with a smiley face.
Smile.
Carson shook his head speechlessly. It seemed that he was really old, and didn’t understand what these youngsters were doing.
“Hello, CEO.”
“CEO take care.”
When Aubery Kung walked out of the front door of the N.E. building, Gong Yao and Gong Kui, the two children, waited by the side of the car.
“Dad.”
Seeing Aubery, Gong Kui called out weakly, her small face a little awkward.
To them, Aubery was a lot more distant than them. Although Nina had not met them often, she was gentle and approachable, and Aubery’s expression was very cold.
“Yes, get in.”
Aubery Kung replied indifferently as he opened the car door and sat inside.
Gong Kui looked hesitantly at Gong Yao and licked her lips. He wanted to climb onto the carriage but was stopped by Gong Yao.
Aubery Kung pressed down the window and looked at the two little people, his brows knitted, “What’s wrong?”
“You don’t have a child’s seat in your car.” Gong Yao said coldly, he looked almost the same as his dad, Aubery.
“…”
The child’s seat.
What was that? Aubery Kung frowned.
“There are some in Mom’s car, but there are two.” Gong Kui immediately shouted out, looking at Aubery expectantly.
Let him go find Nina and get the child’s seat? He had even released Nina that night’s worth of harsh words, telling her to be so regretful that she took the initiative to look for him.
“Dad, can I get it?”
Gong Kui raised her petite hand and said sweetly, she raised her leg and was about to run across the road when Aubery Kung frowned, “You guys get in the car first, I’ll go get it.”
“Let’s get in the car.”
Gong Yao coldly grabbed Gong Kui’s small face and pushed her back into the carriage.
Gong Kui said with a face full of pity. “Sigh, I could have just met my mother again.”
Aubery rolled down the window, pushed the car door open and walked towards the other side, where are the bodyguards standing by, he opened his mouth to give the order, but stopped two seconds later.
It was only a few steps away.
Under the warm sunlight, Aubery Kung crossed the road and walked towards the Gallery.
The window of the gallery was wide open. Aubery walked over with a dark expression, but before he could enter, he heard Nina Xi’s voice, “Hello, Sir. I just flipped through the customer’s book.
Her voice was clear, a little nasal, and soft.
It was so soft that it could grab people.
Aubery Kung’s face suddenly turned even uglier. Standing at the door, he looked in, only to see Nina Xi sitting in front of a small white counter, flipping through a book in her hand. She was currently making a phone call, her palm-sized face filled with smiles.
That smile was dazzling no matter how you looked at it.
Nina casually looked up the phone and saw Aubery’s ice-cold face.
She was stunned, but she did not move. She continued to listen to the phone, and a woman’s voice came over, “I’m Mr. Y’s assistant. If you have anything to say, just say it to me.”
“Is that so? Please tell Mr. Y that I’m really grateful to him for getting a lawyer this time. I really couldn’t have done anything. ” Nina Xi smiled and said to the phone, “I wonder if he is in S city, I would like to invite him to a meal to chat about thank you.”
And to eat.
Aubery’s black eyes became even colder.
Why was this woman always so hurried towards everyone? She was always like this towards everyone, and she was always like this towards the man on the other end of the phone, but it just wasn’t right for him.
“Mr. Y said it was a simple task, so please do not take it to heart. He admires your paintings and hopes that more of your work is the best way to repay him. ” the woman on the other end of the line said, her voice pleasant.
Painting is repayment?
What a strange man.
“I will, thank you.”
Nina thanked her repeatedly before hanging up.
Aubery Kung leaned on the glass door, his black eyes staring coldly at her, “You actually dare to take the money from a strange man, aren’t you afraid of being tricked?”
“Did you check with Mr. Y?” “Who is he?”
Nina sat in front of the counter and asked.
This Mr. Y was her customer, yet he suddenly helped her so much. It would be too heartless to say that he didn’t find it strange at all.
“I don’t have the time to waste on a stranger. Aubery said in disdain.
“Is that so?” Shi Xiaonian laughed bitterly. That was true, she could only hope that the current Aubery Kung was really concerned about her.
“I’ll get the child’s chair.” Aubery ordered coldly.
“Oh, no.”
Nina lowered her eyes as she flipped through the customer book in her hand, and said indifferently.
Aubery Kung stood up straight, “Solanum nigrum said you have it here, what is the meaning of this?”
“I do have a child seat, but I don’t want to give it to you. Please forgive me for not giving it to you.”
Nina Xi tidied up the information in front of him before walking out from the counter. She extended her hand and tousled his long hair, tied it into a bun with a black bun and bent over to pick up Solanum nigrum’s toys.
“Why didn’t you give it to me?”
Aubery Kung frowned, he stepped forward and grabbed her arm, forcing her to look at him, his gaze paused on her face.
After she had tied up her hair, her originally small face became somewhat round. With a hint of cuteness in her purity, it made his heart lurch.
Restraint.
Aubery Kung pursed his lips.
“Why should I give it to you? I’m going to clean up the gallery and get you a child’s chair. It’s a waste of time. One has to learn to weigh the pros and cons and not waste time. ” Nina smiled hypocritically and imitated his tone as she spoke each word.
Aubery Kung glared at her with his black eyes, “You’re wasting my time right now.”
“What does your time have to do with me?”
“…”
“Let go, I want to pack.” Nina Xi shook off his arm, turned, and went back to pack her toys.
Aubery Kung stood there, his face gloomy. His slender hands clenched into a fist, and his teeth clenched tightly.
This woman …
After a long while, Aubery Kung restrained himself and stared at her busy figure with his black eyes. With a cold voice, he said, “Forget it, we’ll just ride on the carriage too. Without a seat, the child won’t die.”
Aubery Kung walked outside.
Nina’s face turned white, she immediately stood up and looked at Aubery, “Wait, I’ll get it for you.”
Cold man.
Aubery Kung drew a curve, “Hurry, I have no patience.”
Nina Xi walked out of the gallery and handed over the two child safety chairs to Aubery Kung. Holding them in her hands, Aubery Kung glanced at her mockingly, “Nina Xi, don’t count on you to beat me.”
