After that episode.
Henna had my hands in her grip the entire route in the car. She didn’t even give me a glance. She continued to gaze outdoors. I am aware that it was a mistake on my part to keep her in the dark. But I’m still perplexed by her actions. Is she not responding far too strongly? I assured her that my mother would be well, but she still seemed sad. She might be bothered by another issue.
I dubbed her “henna.”
She turned to face me but said nothing. I then asked, “What’s wrong?”
She didn’t respond to my statements and chose not to speak. I also understood that she wouldn’t respond to me, so I didn’t bother her. I am aware that there is a problem.
After that, neither she nor I attempted to engage in conversation. She was only simply holding my hand.
After some time, we reached the hospital. We exited, and when I returned my attention to Henna, I noticed she was still standing there. I sighed and lowered my gaze. Henna seemed to be quite depressed. I squeezed my lips together and moved closer to her. “I’m sorry,” I replied as I took her hand in mine. I should have notified you, but I wasn’t in the right frame of mind. “
Henna gave me a long look before saying, “Forgive me, Sheetal.”
I frowned and questioned, “What are you talking about?”
Her eyes appeared to be filled with a wave of grief, and her face appeared solemn.
“Sheetal, you will be aware of everything. But please forgive me, my love. I don’t have the guts to confront it,” Henna said.
I narrowed my eyes as I heard her. What does she mean to say?
We began strolling toward the hospital while holding hands. Henna and I stepped inside the elevator and pressed the button for the sixth floor of the building.
We emerged when the door finally opened after a little time. Henna relaxed her hold and slowed down. But I had no idea why my heart started to beat quickly. My heart was being torn apart by Henna’s remarks. What did she mean by that?
I upped my pace on the way. I saw Daniel emerge from my mother’s cabin. I passed my aunt, Daniel, and Daniel’s mother when I was on my way to my mom’s cabin. Daniel was comforting my aunt because she was crying. I narrowed my eyes and approached them.
“What’s wrong?”
They were surprised when they heard me. Daniel had a sad look, my aunt was sobbing, and Henna was acting strangely. What is the matter with them?
I questioned them, “Aunt, Daniel, what’s wrong?”
But they were trying to divert their gaze. They are unwilling to gaze into my eyes. Daniel’s mother suddenly walked over and grabbed me.
She said, “Baby, you need to be strong right now.”
My heart jumped as she said it. My heart was beating rapidly. Why do people keep telling me to be strong? I took a deep breath.
I turned to face my aunt, who was attempting to avoid my straight gaze. I arched my brows and grabbed her.
Aunt, what’s wrong? Why are you crying? I questioned.
Auntie dropped her eyes and squeezed her lips together tightly. She was attempting to hold back tears.
Daniel suddenly grabbed my arm and said, “Honey, listen to me.”
“Nooo, tell me what’s wrong?” I asked while struggling to breathe.
Daniel grabbed me tightly and said, “Sheetal, listen.”
“Why are you guys treating me like this?” Tell me what happened. And why aren’t you with my mother? “I asked furiously.
My heart was trying to tell me something, but this time I’m not going to listen.
Daniel touched my face and said, “Hey, listen.”
Yet I simply couldn’t come up with anything or hear his words.
“Daniel, actually listen to me. My mother is waiting for me, and I need to go there. No, I must not, “I murmured while taking a breath. My speech was muffled by tears. My throat tightens up as I try to speak.
Daniel instantly gave me a strong embrace and said, “I am sorry, baby.” I was unable to fulfill your promise. “
My heart somewhat stopped when I heard him. Did I mishear something? I stopped struggling. I suddenly felt quite weak and lacked the ability to move.
