After that episode.
Elise clasped her head in agony. Just now, her head was severed. James did not even look back at Elise after shoving her. He simply headed out to the meeting.
As James walked away, servants approached Elise and helped her to stand.
Maid 1: Please hold me, ma’am. Let us go upstairs.
“I-I am okay?” Elise asked calmly.
Maid 2: Ma’am, it’s bleeding. Please give us a chance to talk.
Elise’s point of view.
I moved my hand from my head and stared at it.
Although it was bleeding, I wasn’t hurt because the pain was nothing compared to what I deal with on a daily basis. I have forgotten how to laugh. I can’t remember the last time I smiled.
I breathed in deeply. My heart felt so heavy that I couldn’t breathe properly.
Is it even important whether I live or die? I’m only worried about Maria. She’s playing with fire. I’m aware that she can’t be happy in the future, and she won’t permit them to be either. She thinks her obsession is love, but it isn’t. This obsession won’t last too long. She will gradually lose interest in Daniel.
……
Scenario 1.
Sheetal’s point of view
I got to college with Henna. I smiled as I took in my surroundings. I was pleased to come once more.
Henna abruptly asked, “Sheetal?”
I smiled as I gazed at her.
“I am glad to see you like this,” she remarked. We moved in that direction after my gentle nod. I went to our classroom with Henna. But all of a sudden, I had the idea to go to Daniel’s classroom. “Henna, you wait here,” I said to her. “I’m going to see if Daniel comes or not.”
She strained her eyes when she heard me and asked, “Daniel?” “Did you speak to him?”
“No, I didn’t. I tried to contact him, but his phone was off, “I said.
…..
Henna kept her gaze on Sheetal but said nothing. She just couldn’t confess that she had been attempting to get in touch with him since last night. However, he did not answer his phone, and it was subsequently turned off.
Henna took a deep breath and nodded to Sheetal. After a moment, Sheetal stepped outside the room.
“I hope everything is well,” Henna murmured.
……
I went to Daniel’s class. Joy and his friends were standing around the corner when I spotted them. He did not notice me. He was busy with his friends, and I couldn’t call him from outside since it was too noisy in the classroom. I decided to enter, so I did. I yelled “joy” as I walked up to him.
When he heard me speak, he turned to face me and smiled.
“What a pleasant surprise, Sheetal.” “Do you come here for me?” Joy asked, winking at me.
“When will you stop flirting with me?” I said, with a light smile.
Joy smiled and added, “I don’t think I ever will.”
I smiled and lowered my eyes. “Don’t smile at me like this sheetal,” Joy remarked, sighing. “Or else I’ll propose to you.”
I chuckled as I replied, “Stop it Joy.”
“OK, but now tell me whether you’re here for him,” he said.
“Yes, where is he?” I responded, nodding. “Did he come?”
Joy shook her head in response and remarked, “No, Sheetal, he didn’t come, but I think he will come soon.”
“By the way, sweetie, are you okay?” Joy asked.
“Yes, Joy, I’m OK,” I responded, with a light smile.
“I’m glad you were able to get through it. Daniel and we were all missing you. And shortly you’ll know the outcome of the medical examination,” he remarked.
I responded with a nod. I abruptly felt someone touch my shoulder. I turned to my left and saw Angela. “How are you, dear?” she asked with a smile.
“I am much better,” I stated.
“I heard about the news from Daniel. He was really upset for you. “But I’m glad you were able to conquer it,” Angela remarked.
I gave a tight-lipped smile. Suddenly, though, Angela asked, “Hey, do you know what happened on your test day?”
“No, it was all good,” I said in a curious manner.
“No, I heard something happened that day.” “Did anyone get expelled on that day?” Angela asked.
I tightened my eyes and nodded quickly. because, as far as I know, there was no one. So I told her, “No, as far as I know, no one has been expelled.”
Angela paused for a moment before saying, “Hmm, then did I hear it wrong?”
I asked, “What did you hear?”
“Actually, I heard the authorities decided to suspend someone, and as a result, they called a meeting against that person,” Angela said.
“Oh,” I said in a low tone.
“But I don’t know anything about it,” I replied.
Angela: Did Daniel not mention this to you? because his father is also a member of the leadership.
I shook my head “no.”
“No problem, Sheetal.” “I hope that student is okay and that the majority vote goes for him or her,” Angela stated.
“Yes, do you know who attempted to suspend that student?” Who is that student though? “I asked.
If I get the name, maybe I will recognize him or her.
Angela: I’m not familiar with the student. It’s a top-secret fact that this kind of corruption occasionally happens in our college as well. However, those cases were just so conveniently buried. But this time, it simply comes out.
Angela said in a calm tone. We came out while chatting. Then she spoke.
Angela: I didn’t want to trouble you about it. I thought Daniel had informed you of something.
I widened my eyes but didn’t say anything because I was considering the student who had been about to be suspended and why the administration had wanted to do that.
So, I said to Angela, “Hey, do you know the other partners in this college? “
Angela: Yes, I know one, and according to what I’ve heard, he’s Daniel’s father’s friend. And as for the other, I know nothing about him.
I asked, “So when do they call the meeting?”
Angela: I think it is today. Have you noticed that there are several cars parked outside the carport?
I gave her a nod in response.
Yes, I did see it as well, but I had no idea that this much had actually happened. I hope the student is okay and that the institution takes action against the corruption as soon as possible.
I turned away from Angela and began heading towards my classroom. I was so reckless that I ran into a man without even realizing he was headed this way.
“S-sorry, sir, I didn’t notice you,” I apologized as I looked up at him. I noticed a tall man with an athletic build. His staring manner was all too familiar to me.
I took a little backward step and apologized with a bow.
“I apologize, sir. Please forgive me, “I said.
I noticed every staff member and student, as well as his two body guards, cleared the way for him. Sorry, there were three instead of two, but that man wasn’t dressed similarly to the guards; maybe he was his secretary.
I suddenly heard him exclaim, “Girl, you better keep your eyes open or you’re not going to make it here.”
I looked up as soon as I heard him, but he left without waiting and began walking. However, I noticed that his stare was unusual towards me and that he had been staring at me for some time. And his language! His talking style was similar to that of an Italian.
I kept my attention fixed on his route as long as he was visible, and then I turned my gaze away from him. When I spotted him, he proceeded to the principal’s room. I get the impression that this man was obviously a part of the college’s ruling elite.
I left without waiting there and went to my room. I’ll ask Daniel about this when he comes.
When Sheetal entered her classroom, James approached the corridor after she entered. The assistant came out to greet him, but he didn’t care and went straight to the conference room where he met Alex.
When James noticed Alex, he raised his eyebrows and smirked. “Alex, my friend,” he mockingly stated.
“I called you several times.” “Did you forget about your old pal?” he said.
James was in the conference room with Alex. Alex hadn’t expected James to show up, but it was his idea to set up a meeting. But he expected James not to show up here, and now James is asking him indirectly if Alex has no need of him. Alex prepared himself a little before speaking and did so.
“James, you are aware of how much pressure we are under. Don’t speak this kind of crap, then, “said Alex.
James responded as he seated, “Oh really, Alex?”
James remarked, “I thought you were deliberately avoiding me.”
“Stop this,” Alex muttered, as his eyes were furrowed. “Why do I disregard you?” Do you have a good justification for that?”
James abruptly stopped grinning and added in a serious tone, “I hope you’re not Alex.” But I have a feeling this meeting idea is yours. “
Alex turned to face James.
Alex’s point of view.
I never anticipated you would show up here. Yes, I told them to call a meeting. Even though I am aware that I will suffer in the future, I must nevertheless go through with it because it was necessary. Now it’s all about my son’s life. It will slip out of my grasp if I don’t take control of it immediately. And I won’t be able to control it. There is another motive for calling this meeting: to meet Musa. I have to talk to him. Because if I want to get out of James’ grasp, I need Musa’s help, or else I won’t be able to. If Musa is unable to help, I will have to deal with it on my own. But I can’t help myself; I really need Musa’s help. And it is for Sheetal. Sheetal is in danger. James won’t give up so easily to Sheetal. He will go too far on this matter because everything in his daughter’s life is inextricably linked. James will go to extremes to make his daughter’s dream come true. So I need Musa’s help to save her.
And Sheetal is my daughter-in-law, and she is perfect for my son. I am aware of my son’s habit, and it is good that Sheetal has significantly changed Daniel. He is now thinking about joining the company and also leaving his drinking habit and habit of chasing girls. I am happy for my son. Also, about Sheetal! She has done a lot for my son, so I can’t act selfishly toward her. And gosh, her IQ is amazing. When I found out about her IQ, I was astounded. So it’s impossible for me to pass up the diamond in favor of a glass. Because Maria is nothing more than a glass. Sheetal will be quite valuable to me.
……
“Yes, I called the meeting,” Alex responded.
Alex took a deep breath. He just wanted to see James’ reaction.
Next episode.
‘Listen, Mr. James,’ I’m not interested in arguing this topic. Yes, you are right that I am nobody. I’m only the principal here. However, do you really think that you are the only member of this leadership?” The principal said.
James raised his eyebrows and said, “What did you say?”
“Mr. James, I was quite clear in what I stated. “I hope you understand what I’m saying,” the principal said.
James turned his attention to Alex and remarked, “Principal, you have the courage to tell me this.”
Alex moved his gaze away from James when he noticed James talking while gazing at him.
