Mr. Kane Got Blacklisted by Eleven Jewell

Chapter 1840
Leighton had had another argument with his father, and what made matters worse was that it all happened on his birthday. They
didn't even enjoy the cake that day. Leighton just left.
Following the disagreement, Leighton not only blocked Daryl on WhatsApp but also on his social media.
Left with no choice, Daryl sought information from Stella indirectly.
Concerned about the tension between the father and son, Stella reached out to Leighton.
She learned he was attending a roadshow for Motives for Murder that day, conveniently near her. Seeing an opportunity to
mediate and alleviate the father-son conflict, Stella decided to go there.
As Stella headed upstairs, she overheard Aurora conversing on the terrace. She thought about the strawberry pudding from last
night that she hadn't given to Aurora.
Planning to inform her about it, Stella approached and overheard Aurora saying, "I found an opportunity, too, but I can't make it
too obvious. You know how cunning Stella can be. If I'm too obvious, she'll start getting suspicious."
Stella felt puzzled upon hearing that.
Aurora laughed softly, "Keegan's had enough of her. They had an argument this morning before leaving the house.
Stella tried to help him with his necktie, but he found her repulsive and pushed her away. She was on the verge of tears. I was
keeping my distance at the time, afraid Keegan might notice me. Otherwise, I would've recorded the entire thing for you."
This left Stella even more puzzled.
"I wish you saw Stella's expression when Keegan returned from his date with Jaylene. She was making a scene, but he
completely ignored her.
"Yes, Jaylene drove us back last night. Keegan was drunk and kept calling Jaylene's name. Stella was so mad. Yet, she still
didn't leave the room.
"I've been putting a little safflower in her fruit vinegar. She's been drinking it for a week, and she hasn't noticed a thing. She's so
clueless."

Didn't I just receive the vinegar yesterday? What is she talking about?' thought Stella.
Aurora continued on the phone, "No worries. Anyway, I'm living here now. I'll find more ways to sabotage her."
As the voices in Aurora's room gradually faded, Stella pursed her lips and knocked on the door.
Startled, Aurora quickly hid her phone and asked with a stern face, "What?"
Stella's expression was odd, and after a while, she said," Nothing. If you don't want the pudding, I'll throw it away later.
Aurora shrugged, "Whatever."
Stella fell silent, deep in thought, and then went upstairs.
While changing, she heard someone leave the house. Stella paid no attention to them and finished freshening up before heading
downstairs.
She casually went to the fridge in the kitchen and saw that the strawberry pudding she had placed there earlier was gone.
Stella then picked Felicity up and went to visit Leighton.
After Felicity learned about their connection, she became an avid fan.
On the way, Stella shared about the phone call she had overheard from Aurora in the morning.
Felicity widened her eyes, "I knew that wicked girl had ill intentions! Why is she adding safflower to your drinks? Is she trying to
induce a miscarriage?"
Stella said, "The problem is, I haven't drunk any vinegar before. I had it for the first time this morning, and it had a wax seal."
Felicity was puzzled, "Then why did she say that?"
Stella shrugged. She paused momentarily and added, "She told Dahlia that Keegan and I have been quarreling. But in reality, we
haven't had a single argument. Moreover, Keegan has been treating me quite well lately. So, she's been conveying the wrong
information to her mom."
"I feel like Aurora has changed quite a bit since Keegan's accident. Of course, it might be because I haven't interacted with her
much. She doesn't seem as overbearing as before, although her way of speaking is still irritating," she continued.

Felicity was skeptical. "You're drawing conclusions too early. What was Aurora like before? I don't believe she can change so
quickly. I think we still need to be on guard."
Stella nodded. Just as she was about to say something, her phone rang. It was Trevor.
She answered the call. "Trevor, are you coming back?"
