Without having to raise her head, Candice could feel Alex’s sharp gaze on her head.
Candice’s shoulders were straight as she answered coldly. “It is Mr. Elysian’s freedom to choose. whoever he wishes to bring
along.”
Sonia said, “I am only worried that something might go wrong. After all, Mr. Elysian said that this meeting is quite important. It
seems like the owner of Blue Artifact, which our company wants to work with, will also be there.”
Candice momentarily stopped what she was doing and looked up.
