Chapter 330 Is It Because I Left?
When Yaxley received a call from Ava, his car was stopped at a traffic light on the
road.
In the evening in Northland, a light rain began to fall, the sky was dark, and the
visibility was much lower than before.
His return to Northland had already been known by his family, but he didn’t let
Uncle Cole send him off. Instead, he drove to the hotel by himself.
While waiting at the traffic light, he saw Ava'’s call and casually answered it.

Meanwhile, Angela had finished treating Jonathan's wound and prepared a meal.
Jonathan wanted to help, but Angela refused, citing his injured arm. He just stood
at the kitchen door, not going far.
Jonathan knew that Angela was angry, but he was always clumsy in this regard.
Although he had improved a lot compared to before, he still didn’t know how to
appease Angela.
Angela wasn't in the mood for anything too complicated. She simply made some
noodles and cracked two eggs into the soup.
