Shenwei hurts seriously. Although they are all skin trauma, they will fester if they aren’t handled well. Plus, the whip was soaked with saltwater and pepper water, which can affect her skin. And some of the wounds are so deep that can see the bone.  

             Seeing her wounds, Jingsheng is shocked by them although he has experienced many bloody scenes as a doctor. After dealing with these wounds, jingsheng’s hands are shaking because he sewed hundreds of stitches on her body. Although she was anesthetized, she was still woke up by the pain numerous times during the operation. Woke up by pain and then fainted by pain, again and again, finally, she survived from the operation.  

             “Push her into the intensive care unit, remember that it’s sterile ward. She can’t contact with the outside world recently.” Jingsheng says after his assistant wiping his sweat.  

             “Yes, doctor.”  

             Shenwei is pushed to the intensive care unit, then jingsheng comes out tiredly from operation room. Munanshen stands up immediately seeing him. Now, he is much tired than jingsheng,” how about the operation?”  

             Jingsheng sees him surprisingly,” didn’t you leave?”  

             Munanshen frowns,” how about Jiangci?”  

             “ take it easy, she has been out of danger. There are too many wounds and it takes a long time to sew them up. It’s about four hundred stitches. She was so pain in the operation.” jingsheng says as if he can feel the pain on his back.” she is really tough! Never hum in that period and woke up a couple of times,she just reminded me don’t be distracted!”  

             “en.” Munanshen nods, he reminds that when she was in car, she didn’t hum even she was so painful.  

             “ what happened?” jingsheng is so curious now,” jiangqirui is her biological father, the tiger is so fierce but they never eat their children! He should do that to his daughter!”  

             Munanshen frowns,” for the project of He city!” Munanshen says coldly,” Jiangci didn’t promise him.”

             Three days later.  

             Shenwei lies on the bed and feels a burning pain on her back and her chest, maybe she has laid for too long.  

             Xiaotao is busy on her side, seeing shenwei waking up, xiaotao cries with joy,” Miss, you finally wake up!”  

             Shenwei blinks and frowns, she can only feel pain now. Her brain is still chaotic now. Later when she clears her mind, she catches xiaotao’s hands suddenly,” xiaotao, where is my mom!”

             Xiaotao nods,”okay, i will call the cool right now, Miss,what do you want to eat?”  

             “ don’t trouble the cook, buy a bowel of porridge outside.” shenwei says.

             “ go to buy it now.”  

             Xiaotao has to follow her order. When she opens the door, somebody pushes it outside.  

             Munanshen stands outside with a lunch box on his hand. Munanshen gives her a glance but xiaotao just stares at the lunch box and says surprisingly,” Mr Mu, do you send meal to Miss specially ?” xiaotao asks loudly as if shenwei can’t hear her voice. Actually, xiaotao is very afraid of munanshen.  

             Munanshen frowns and he is unsatisfied with xiaotao’s surprise look. Xiaotao feels dangerous immediately , she reacts quickly,” Miss, i go to take care of Jiang lady.” she escapes from the room only left Munanshen and shenwei. Finally, Munanshen breaks the awkward circumstance,” do you feel better now?”  

             Shenwei nods and wants to support herself hard. However, she falls into the bed heavily suddenly because of her weakness.  

             Shit!  

             Shenwei’s mood is terrible now. Her chest is more painful after the falling. Shenwei is pale now, seeing Munanshen’s staggering look, her ears become red immediately, then turns to him says embarrassingly,” thank you for that thing!”  

             The ice in Munanshen’s eyes seems melt this moment when he sees her look,” en.”  

             He walks to the bed and puts the lunch box on the desk, then he helps her sit up. Actually, shenwei was too weak now to put in energy, so it’s Munanshen picks her up . finally , shenwei turns her body to Munanshen hard and looks at him awkwardly,” thank you!”  

             “en.”  

             Munanshen is short-spoken. The atmosphere becomes more embarrassed now.  

             “ enmmm, I...” shenwei rubs her hands,” thanks for saving me!”  

             “en!” Munanshen gives her a glance.” can you only say thank you now?”  

             “ what?” shenwei’s face turns to red,” so can you only reply en now?” shenwei can’t help asking.  

             Munanshen lifts his eyebrows, he is a little glad now,” didn’t i say other words just now?”  

             Shenwei keeps silence.  

             “ the cook made it for you specially, it’s prescribed by Chinese medicine.” Munanshen opens the lunch box. Shenwei can’t help herself looking at the box, she is too hungry now to care others. The smell of food floats all the room the moment he opens the box. Shenwei swallows and says eagerly,” thank you Mr Mu.” she maintained her life with glucose these days, she desires food now.  

             “ en, you can have it now.”Munanshen sets up the table for her and says.  

             Hearing that, shenwei picks up the chopsticks and begins enjoying the delicacies for her.  

             She is too hungry that she has ignored Munanshen when she is eating. After eating them all, shenwei can’t help burping, then turns to Munanshen. Finding he is still staring at her, she burps again. Shenwei ‘s face is totally red now,” sorry, i...hic!” she covers her mouth immediately until she keeps the desires of burping,” i am so sorry.”  

             Munanshen lifts his lips with smiles in his eyes,”en!”

             Munanshen squeezes his eyes and tidies up the box on the table, then he saies to her seriously,” the scars on your back, Jingsheng says he will try best to desalt them, but it’s impossible to get rid of them.”
