Scars Of A Broken Bond by Calv Momose

Sabrina was free from any shooting tasks at the moment. Seeking a productive use of her time, she decided to head to the
filming site to read through the files provided.
It wasn’t until the third day that Liliana assigned orders to Sabrina.
The client assigned to Sabrina ordered the cheapest set.
The client was a local woman in her mid-twenties, around twenty-five or twenty-six years old, and had scheduled an appointment
with a makeup artist at eight in the morning. Understanding the prolonged makeup process, Sabrina took her time to meet her
client and went to the makeup room upstairs in the studio at half past eight. When she arrived, the client had just completed
putting on her foundation.
Liliana had given Sabrina’s phone number to the client the day before.
Sabrina confirmed the details with the client once more, gaining a clear understanding of the client’s expectations.
When the client first saw Sabrina, she discerned Sabrina was not a local. Struck with surprise, she responded to Sabrina’s
inquiries with careful consideration.
With a rough idea of what was going on forming in her mind, Sabrina went to the filming site.
The studio provided Sabrina with a shooting assistant who helped set up the scene, adjust the lighting soft boxes, and handle
other technical aspects.
Around ten o’clock, the client came to the filming site with her makeup.

The client had a penchant for a modern style, opting for clothes that balanced simplicity and fashion. Despite a few imperfections
on her face, she exuded elegance.
In the realm of photography, Sabrina’s skills were steadily blossoming.
Her knack for observing clients’ appearances and deciphering the most fitting poses, combined with an astute understanding of
their preferences and temperaments, allowed her to encapsulate their essence in captivating photos.
When the client arrived, Sabrina prompted her to stand against the background for a preliminary shot to assess the lighting and
camera settings.
However, the client, reaching for her phone, interjected, “Can we change the background? I forgot to tell you about this
yesterday. I want something like this.”
Then, the client showed a picture to Sabrina.
Leaning in, Sabrina examined the picture. It was a captivating night view of the city, with sleek, towering buildings and
shimmering lights projecting an air of prosperity.
Reviewing the details, Sabrina knew a background like that could be simulated using an electronic screen.
While undoubtedly picturesque, she realized that employing such a picture as a backdrop posed a challenge. It wouldn’t allow
the subject to stand out or compliment the elegance of the client’s chosen attire.
Smiling warmly, she reassured the client, “I’ll have my assistant make the changes. Let’s capture a few shots here first. I’ll adjust
the camera and lighting to ensure we get some gorgeous photos.”

Sabrina’s easygoing demeanor made it effortless for the client to comply. The client positioned herself before the well-arranged
background and gracefully struck various poses, following Sabrina’s guidance.
After snapping a few photos, Sabrina reviewed them discerningly.
Swiftly adjusting the Lighting, she seamlessly proceeded to capture more.
In the initial stages of the shoot, progress was slow as Sabrina fine-tuned elements while simultaneously taking photos.
Fortunately, the client remained highly cooperative throughout the process.
