The Almighty Dragon General

Chapter 1473
James leaned on the bed, and before he knew it, he was fast asleep.
He slept for a long time and was woken up.
“James, wake up...”
James opened his eyes and picked up his phone. He looked and saw that it was already six in the evening. He could not help
asking, “What’s wrong?”
Thea said, “There’s a visitor outside saying he has something to discuss with you.”
“Who?”
James turned around and got out of bed.
Thea replied, “I don’t know.”
“Alright. I’ll go out and have a look.”
James got dressed, walked out of the room, and entered the living room.
Sitting in the living room was a man in his sixties. He was a slightly chubby man dressed in a brown suit with short hair and a
beard.
James walked over suspiciously and inquired, “You are?”
The person sitting on the sofa stood up immediately and said with a smile, “Hello, Emperor. I’m White Eagle, the Left Envoy of
the Celestial Sect. My friends in the martial art world call me by the nickname Eagle King.”
White Eagle beamed with a bright smile.
“White Eagle, the Eagle King? Left Envoy of Celestial Sect?”
James was increasingly perplexed by the situation.
He had nothing to do with the Celestial Sect, so why would their Left Envoy visit him?

He sat down and lit a cigarette. A few seconds later, he took out another cigarette and threw it to White Eagle. He looked at
White Eagle and asked calmly, “What’s the reason you’re visiting me?”
White Eagle said, “So, the thing is, I’ve received orders from my Sect Leader to visit you. I am to fully assist you in resolving the
internal conflicts in the Capital.”
“You’re going to assist me?”
James stood up in shock.
He was clueless about the Celestial Sect’s origin and strength.
All he knew was that the Celestial Sect’s leader was powerful.
Moreover, he was aware that the Celestial Sect’s members were all infamous martial artists that practiced crooked martial arts.
The Celestial Sect’s leader brought this group of people together and recruited most of the ancient martial world in just over two
months. Even sects like the Mount Thunder Sect had surrendered to them.
He was confused as to why the Celestial Sect would help him.
“Who’s your Sect Leader? Why help me?”
White Eagle smiled and said, “I don’t know either. Although I’m the Left Envoy, I’ve never seen the actual appearance of our Sect
Leader. Only the Deputy Sect Leader has seen the Sect Leader’s face.”
“Ask your Sect Leader to come to see me personally. I’d like to talk to him.”
White Eagle shook his head and said, “I’m afraid that won’t be possible. The Sect Leader’s whereabouts are unpredictable, and
no one knows where he is. If the Sect Leader wants to see you, he’ll come to you on his own terms.”
Hearing this, James pondered.
He tried to figure out why the Celestial Sect wanted to help him.
Who exactly was the Celestial Sect’s leader?
He had suspected Thea and Thomas before.

However, he had no conclusive evidence.
Now that the Left Envoy had appeared to show support, it further confirmed his conjecture that the Celestial Sect’s leader was
someone he knew well.
He could not help casting a glance at Thea beside him.
Thea sat quietly and carefully listened to the conversation.
James dispelled the speculation in his heart again.
He turned back to White Eagle opposite him and asked, “How does the Celestial Sect’s leader plan to help me?”
White Eagle said, “Everyone in the Celestial Sect will obey the Emperor’s orders.”
“Alright.”
James could not help laughing out loud upon hearing this.
No matter who the Celestial Sect’s leader was, it would indeed be easier for him to resolve the Capital’s problems with the help
of the Celestial Sect.
White Eagle continued, “The Celestial Sect’s disciples will make their way to the Capital in secret. Just give your order, and three
thousand martial artists will be ready to assist you at any moment.”
