At that moment, Nova was standing at the gates of the City Lord’s Mansion and could see the scene outside.
“Wait a minute. Let me scan the area.”
Nova began to perceive the surrounding area.

James was overjoyed and blurted out, “What kind of boon is it?”

Nova replied, “This place was indeed left behind by a powerful man. His strength was on par with Emperor Jabari’s. I can sense
that this place is a great formation with many hidden transcendental items.”
James’ delight grew and urged Nova to elaborate, “What kind of items?”
Nova said, “The formation is very intricate. Since I’m not proficient in crafting formations, I can’t break through them. However, I
can sense a strong vigor coming from deep within the grotto.”
After a brief surprise, James asked, “You mean to say there is a powerful person within this grotto?”
“Not quite...”
Nove explained, “Although it has a strong vigor, it’s in a state of deep slumber. If I’m not
wrong, it might be a descendant of a certain ancient creature. It has been sealed within this grotto and has yet to hatch.”
“An unhatched descendant of a certain ancient creature?”
James was stunned.
Nova replied, “Yes. Sophie is much more knowledgeable in formations. You should get her to help you.”
After answering James, Nova fell silent.
A few seconds later, a white light burst out from the ringer on James’ finger. Then, a beautiful goddess-like woman in a white
dress appeared before him.
“Ms. Sophie?”
Seeing Sophie appear in front of him, James was slightly taken aback. He asked, “Y-You can leave the Celestial Abode?”
Sophie roiled her eyes and said, “Is there a reason why I shouldn’t be able to?”
Jame was unable to refute her words.
After a few seconds, James laughed. “That’s great! This is the best! In the future, you can help me deal with difficult enemies!
With you, I won’t have to be afraid of anyone! Even if it’s a Sage or the powerful foe from the Sealed Realm, you’ll be able to
take them on with ease, right?”

Sophie rolled her eyes again and said, “You can forget that idea. My actions are limited outside the abode due to certain
restrictions. I can only help you indirectly by teaching you signature martial art skills. If I personally step in to help you, I’ll have to
face the Karma of those actions.”
Confused, James asked, “What do you mean? What kind of Karma?”
“You don’t have to understand for now. When you’re strong enough, it’ll come to you naturally.”
