The Almighty Dragon General

Chapter 2340
Xozarth let out a deep sigh and said, “He is the son of the Demon Emperor. When the Demon Emperor died, he sealed him
away in the Ancient Realm. I was aware of his existence. I just didn’t expect him to come here right after being resurrected with
the intention of moving the Dragon Vein of this place.”
James was well aware that he was talking about Lucifer. He asked, “Will moving the Dragon Vein have any impact on this
place?”
Xozarth explained, “The Dragon Vein at this location is the core of the Ancient Realm. Thousands upon thousands of ley lines in
the Ancient Realm all originate from this Dragon Vein. Once the Dragon Vein is gone, the other ley lines will gradually wither.
“The Spiritual Energy of the Ancient Realm will also gradually fade away, eventually turning it into a dead realm.”
After hearing that, James furrowed his brow and said, “Is it that serious?”
Xozarth nodded and said, “However, these are no longer relevant because Earth’s Primordial Energy will recover and the seal
will soon be opened. The seal will most likely be ready to open before the Spiritual Energy of the Ancient Realm has withered.”
James was listening intently. He was unaware of the purpose behind Xozarth’s appearance, but he believed Xozarth did not
show up just to tell them about these things.
Xozarth continued, “Actually, the rarest thing in the Dragon Abyss is not the Dragon Vein.”
James, Quintina, and the others were all looking at Xozarth.
Xozarth went on, “The most precious thing in the Dragon Abyss is an inscription.”
“An inscription?” James knitted his brow slightly and asked, “What inscription?”
Xozarth explained, “An inscription left by the Ancestral Dragon of my family.”
James and the others were all perplexed.
Xozarth said, “My family is a primordial race. We are a well–known existence since the Primordial Age. The ancestor of my
family was a top powerhouse in the Primordial Age. Their strength had reached unfathomable heights. When the ancestor died,
they left a bone. In the bone is an inscription which is a compilation of the Ancestral Dragon’s lifelong signature martial art skills.

“Obtaining this bone equates to obtaining the Ancestral Dragon’s legacy.
“And this bone is underneath the Dragon Vein, receiving nourishment constantly.”
James was paying close attention. He could not help but ask, having listened to this point, “Sir, why are you telling us these?”
Xozarth said, “I stand guard here not to protect the Dragon Vein, but to protect the Dragon Bone. I can sense that your body is
unique. There is an aura of an Emperor rank powerhouse within you. Now that the Dragon Vein will soon be gone, the dragon
bone will quickly disappear without the nourishment of Dragon Energy. I need to find a new home for the dragon bone.”
He looked at James.
“Your body is very suitabie. I intend to implant the dragon bone into your body.”
Hearing that, James furrowed his brow. He did not consider this to be his good fortune. He was worried
about the effects the dragon bone would have on him once it was implanted in his body.
Xozarth seemed to notice James‘ concern. He explained, “Don’t worry. It won’t affect you in any way. It will even give you
tremendous strength. If nothing else, the legacy of my family’s ancestor is what all cultivators desire to have.”
James asked, “Sir, in that case, why don’t you just take the legacy of your family’s ancestor?”
“It’s not that simple.” Xozarth’s face had a tinge of resignation. He said, “Even if I continued to cultivate for countless years, I’m
still not qualified to get my family’s ancestor’s legacy.”
“So you’re giving it to me just like that?” James was a little puzzled.
Perhaps he was actually a man of great fortune?
He could obtain an amazing boon simply by, coming to the Dragon Abyss?
Xozarth said with a smile, “Because you came from Earth, your Demonic Body can withstand the dragon bone. And because
there is dragon blood in your body. It can nourish the dragon bone. Aside from these factors, the Dragon Vein will be
transplanted. So, I’m just going along with fate.”
