“I wonder if Wyrmstead in the Mortal Dimension is still around after such a long time has passed,” mumbled James. Then, he
went to the Mortal Dimension.
Wyrmstead still existed. However, he did not sense the familiar aura in Wyrmstead.
The current Wyrmstead was very different from the Wyrmstead he knew.
James did not stay for long, as he had guessed that the people in the former Wyrmstead had perhaps become Gods and had
gone to the Divine Dimension.
With the beginning of the Apocalypse Age, the earthlings entered the cultivation era. Everyone would cultivate and become a
cultivator. Naturally, they could live for eternity. He believed that his friends did not die and had merely ascended.
James did not care about this for now. Right now, he needed to save Winnie.
In the blink of an eye, his body disappeared and appeared in the place where Winnie was locked.
In front of a black palace, James looked at the building before him. He saw that inscriptions were circulating the palace. These
inscriptions were the Elysian Inscriptions.
Winnie broke the Heavenly Oath she made. Thus, she was imprisoned and could not leave this place forever.
Standing before the palace, James waved his hands, and a magical power emerged in his palms. The power entered the black
palace, and the Elysian Inscriptions circulating the surface of the palace, gradually disappeared.
James pushed open the entrance door of the palace. When he was about to enter, a beautiful figure walked out.
Upon seeing James, Winnie was stunned.
“Papa?”
“Winnie.” James smiled. “I’m back.”
“Papa, you’re back. Where did you return from? Did you not go to the Primeval Age?”
Winnie was shocked. In her memory, her father appeared in the Primeval Age and died there. Ever since she left the broken
seal, she knew James would go to the Primeval Age and die in that era.
Nonetheless, she did not stop him. She thought it was James’ destiny and could not stop or change it.
James smiled. “I’ve just returned from the Primeval Age. The moment I came back, I came to save you.”
“Huh?”
Winnie was taken aback as she asked, “Didn’t you die in the First Universe from the siege of the First Universe’s prodigies?
Melinda, Henrik, and I personally buried you.”
James explained, “It’s a long story. I was indeed dead, but more than ten Epochs after I was buried, I came back alive. When I
woke up, Radomir had killed Hadad. The Caelum Ancestral Gods of the Twelfth Universe had formed the Universal Alliance and
had retreated in defeat. The Primeval Age came to an end. After Thea reincarnated, I no longer needed to stay in the Primeval
Age, so I rushed back.”
“Have you entered the Macrocosm Ancestral God Rank?”
Winnie was astonished. She was imprisoned by the Elysian Seal.
Even a Caelum Ancestral God could not break the Elysian Seal. Only a Macrocosm Ancestral God had the ability.
“How do I say this?”
James hesitated for a moment before saying, “I don’t know which cultivation rank I’m in right now, but I know that I’ve entered the
Fourth Stage of the Omniscience Stage. As for my cultivation rank, I can’t sense it. I only know that I was at the peak of the
Quasi Ancestral God Rank when I died. I was only a step away from the Ancestral God Rank. However, when I was resurrected,
I couldn’t sense my cultivation rank.”
Winnie was shocked once again. She did not expect her father to be alive and return from the Primeval Age.
“Papa.” Winnie hugged James.
“It’s great that you’re alive.”
