The Charismatic Charlie Wade

Charlie’s words left Mr. Mai feeling as if he’d been struck by a bolt of lightning.
Just a moment ago, Charlie turned Mike into the living dead with a single finger, which completely shocked Mr. Mai.
The strength that Charlie just showed was far beyond his own ability to compare.
And then Charlie revealed his knowledge of Mr. Mai’s meeting with Kit Fuller last night, which left him extremely worried.
He stared at Charlie very nervously, and asked, “Who on earth are you?”
Charlie sneered, “My last name is Wade, and my given name is Charlie.”
Mr. Mai blurted out, “But we don’t even know each other! Why would you investigate and follow me in secret? Why would you
steal my family’s compass?”
Charlie asked him back, “You are a Feng Shui master who is over a hundred years old.
You’ve lived in the United States for most of your life, so what are you doing in China at such an old age? You’re also mixed up
with that sinful beast Kit Fuller.
Aren’t you afraid of destroying your Mai family’s thousand year old reputation!?”
Mr. Mai’s expression was a little embarrassed, and he said falteringly, “I’m... I’m not mixed up with Kit Fuller! My hands have
never been stained with blood!”
Charlie asked again, “Then why did you go to see him at Phoenix Mountain Cemetery last night? Besides, didn’t you see the
security guard who was killed at Phoenix Mountain Cemetery? Does his death have anything to do with you?”
Mr. Mai blurted out, “The reason why I went to see him was that he asked me over to discuss something.
I didn’t want to make him my enemy, so I went to deal with it.
As for the security guard, when I arrived he was already dead.
So naturally his death has nothing to do with me!”
Charlie stared at him and asked, “What exactly did he have to discuss with you?”

Mr. Mai said coldly, “That is my personal business, it has nothing to do with you!”
Charlie sneered, “Old man, it stands to reason that someone like you should not be so hard-headed.
I understand you are old, but don’t rely on your tricks and status of age to deceive me, otherwise don’t blame me for being rude.”
Mr. Mai was a little flustered, but he said with a stern voice, “You are unreasonable! I have no grievances with you.
Who I meet and what I talk about has nothing to do with you!”
Charlie said impatiently, “Don’t play with me! I’ll state this clearly: If you don’t clarify Kit Fuller’s affairs and tell me his specific
movements, then don’t blame me for disrespecting you!”
Mr. Mai snorted, “You are not a law enforcement agent, so naturally I won’t tell you a thing.”
“You won’t tell me?” Charlie snorted and sternly said, “Since you have seen him yesterday, you know that his Gu worm depends
on the human brain for food.
If he isn’t caught soon, he might kill more innocent people.
If you don’t tell me the specific facts, then you are aiding and abetting him! The blood of everyone killed by Kit Fuller next will be
on your hands!”
