The Divorced Heiress’s Revenge

It was well known that even though Nigel had stepped down as the chairman of Salvador Corporation, he still held shares and
remains a shareholder and honorary chairman of multiple companies. He was still in control of Salvador Biotech and Prosper.
Gregory always wanted to get involved, but Nigel never gave him the chance.
But now he gave these two companies to Justin like it was nothing!
His actions were an unparalleled display of favoritism. He was also announcing to the whole world that Justin was the chosen
one, the future successor of the Salvador Corporation.
"Why aren't you saying anything? Are you unsatisfied with my decision?" Nigel asked coldly.
"Dad, you must have made this decision after thinking it through carefully."
Gregory paused and then said, “But Justin is still young after all. You gave him too much... I'm afraid he'd feel pressured and
have his attention diverted. It wouldn't be good for his future."
"I know what my grandchild is capable of. Even if there's a hole in the sky, he could fill it up. During the years Justin served as
president, you didn't have to worry about anything, did you? Justin handled everything, didn't he? This child thrives under
pressure. Pressuring him would only unlock his limitless potential!
"Besides, he would have to go to the Thompson family to ask for Bella's hand in the future. Wyatt is the wealthiest man in
Hatchbay. How could I not prepare more betrothal gifts for my grandchild to elevate his status? His in-laws would look down on
him. My grandson could not be humiliated!" When Nigel spoke, his eyes were full of hope for the young couple's future.
He was already picturing his wonderful retired life, playing with his great-grandchildren.
Gregory wanted to talk back, but he held it in.
He knew that if he continued speaking, it would only enrage Nigel instead, prompting him to give Justin more power.
Nigel leaned back casually, waving his hand at Gregory, who looked gloomy. "Get out. I'm going to have a meal with my
grandson and granddaughter-in-law. I won't invite you lest you ruin our harmonious atmosphere."
Across the oceans, in Meridan.
The room was decorated artistically, and the beautiful field of flowers outside the window complemented each other. The
melodious chirping of birds echoes in one's ears. It was a breathtaking and picturesque scene.

A digital chessboard was shown on the screen. Christopher was playing chess with a man sitting behind a curtain.
Placed before Christopher was a real crystal chessboard, and every time he moved a piece, it would reflect correspondingly on
the screen.
"Mr. Iverson, since you're here, you should spend more time with your mother and be a good son. You don't need to come and
socialize with me." The man smiled leisurely.
Christopher said respectfully, "Sir, my loyalty to you is unwavering. This isn't just socializing for me."
"You've worked hard recently. But now that Shannon is down, those two might focus their attacks on you. You must be mentally
prepared. Don't fall into their traps."
"I'll look out for them." Christopher's gaze darkened.
The man picked up a chess piece, swiftly knocking over Christopher's knight. "Now, James is the only obstacle in your family.
After getting rid of him, our business could use the Kerson Group's connections to expand in the country."
"I will speed things up. I won't keep you waiting."
"Clarice, Mr. Iverson's tea has gone cold. Go pour him a fresh cup." The man's voice had a hint of ambiguous amusement.
"Yes, Sir."
A graceful figure moved, and the crisp sound of high heels echoed behind the curtains.
Christopher's eyes narrowed slightly, and he adjusted his glasses. He saw a woman with long black hair, wearing a white robe,
walking toward him.
