Bella glared at Cameron's hypocritical face with hatred. She was just about to speak when Asher's gentle palm landed on her
shoulder, and his deep voice rang from above her head. "Uncle Cameron, Dad asked you to go in."
Justin was surprised, and Bella raised her eyebrow suddenly, looking at Asher in shock.
Cameron smirked smugly.
He had just lifted his leg to walk in when he suddenly tripped and stumbled forward.
"Ah!"
Soon after, Cameron fell heavily with a loud thud and sprawled on the floor like a toad.
"Pfft..." Some of the directors that came with Cameron could not hold back their laughter.
Leaning against the wall casually, Drew acted as if he had nothing to do with it, slowly retracting the leg he had stretched across
the doorway.
Cameron was no longer young. He felt as if his kneecaps had cracked open after this fall.
He struggled to get up, turning around to glare viciously at Drew's indifferent face.
"You...!"
Drew yawned lazily. "Uncle Cameron, you're not young anymore. Please watch where you're going. My leg's been there for half
an hour. Why did you still trip over it?" Cameron panted heavily, his lungs about to explode in anger.
Was Drew implying that he was blind?!
"Also, you need to be more careful next time. It's hard to say if you'll fall into a random ditch somewhere."
Bella wanted to laugh. She secretly gave Drew a thumbs up.
Then, she gently held Justin's hand. "Aren't you coming in?"
"Is it alright for me to go in?" Justin pursed his lips, feeling hesitant.
Bella's soft body pressed against his waist, her mischievous eyes glinting seductively. "We're a family. What's wrong?"
Justin's breath hitched, his jawline tightening in restraint, but the burning warmth of his hand resting on Bella's waist exposed his
arousal.
Cameron immediately put his acting skills to use after seeing Wyatt, crying with snot and tears all over his face.
Outsiders might even think that Chairman Thompson has already passed away.
"My dad is sitting right before you. Isn't it a bit exaggerated to be crying like this?" Asher could not stand Cameron's pretentious
behavior, taking the lead in complaining.
"Asher, how could you talk to your uncle like that? Don't be rude." Wyatt scolded his son softly.
Cameron wiped his tears while stealing glances at Wyatt.
Even though his brother tried to look spirited, he still deduced from Wyatt's haggard face and weak voice that his condition was
not as simple as Bella had claimed.
"Uncle Cameron, if you really care for my dad and genuinely repent, please stop going against my dad in the future and focus on
the line path. Help my dad manage the company affairs properly and stop thinking about shortcuts." Asher looked at Cameron
coldly, his tone serious.
