The Divorced Heiress’s Revenge

"Mr. Thompson, with your might and intelligence... You should know what I want with a kiss, right?"
Arnold wrapped his arms around Asher's neck, his face flushed as he panted heavily. Asher lowered his gaze, pursing his lips,
oily from the kiss, and his hands on his knees slowly clenched. "Next time, remember to wipe your mouth first."
Arnold licked the corner of his lips in satisfaction, smiling mischievously but captivatingly.
"No way."
After learning about her mother's past from Mila, Bella was down and gloomy the whole day, even losing her appetite.
The next evening, Bella still did not feel like eating. After feeding Wyatt some soup, she stood by the window at the end of the
hallway and stared at the distance in a daze. Suddenly, a familiar embrace surrounded her from behind. The man's reassuring
scent enveloped her.
Justin pulled her delicate body into his arms and held her tightly, his sharp jaw resting on her shoulder and his lips close to her
ear. "Aren't you going to eat something? I asked lan to get some takeout. They're all your favorites."
"I'm not hungry..." Bella lowered her eyes dejectedly.
"Not hungry? I still remember when you made a big bowl of pasta and finished it all, and that was at midnight." Justin recalled
her impressive appetite, still in awe. Bella's head hung low sadly, her voice choking up. "Justin, I miss my mother..."
Justin's calloused thumb gently caressed her face, his heart aching. "Bella, don't be sad. Mrs. Thompson must also be thinking
about you all the time in heaven." Bella tried to hold it in, but her tears still streamed down her face.
Justin hugged her, coaxing and kissing her.
After finally calming her down, Justin had an idea and grabbed her hand.
"Let's go, Bella. I'll take you somewhere."
An hour later, Justin drove Bella to the northern coastline.
Hand in hand, they stood on the beach, watching as the sun went down. The glistening sea made them feel as if they were in a
golden paradise and at peace. "This is where Mrs. Thompson was rescued thirty years ago."

Justin turned sideways and looked at Bella's beautiful face, his voice full of affection. "Bella, I know that you want to know
everything about your mother. From now on, I'll search for your mother's past with you. We'll visit every place she went before,
alright?"
Bella was moved to tears, leaning against Justin's shoulder and feeling the sadness gradually fade, replaced by the warmth of
happiness.
"Justin, do you think my mother was the daughter of Poseidon?" She suddenly asked.
Justin thought for a while. "She could also be the daughter of the sea."
"Isn't that the same thing..."
"Yeah," Justin smiled awkwardly, feeling that his intelligence had taken a dive since he fell in love.
Thinking about Mila's words, Bella felt distressed. "Did Mom swim over from the sea? How long did she swim? The sea water is
so cold... She must've suffered and endured a lot to survive. Was she fleeing from somewhere? Justin, what should I do? I want
to know everything about my mother's past, so much so that I could hardly sleep thinking about it."
"I'll look for it with you slowly. Mrs. Thompson lived in Hatchbay for so long. Even if Uncle Wyatt tried keep it a secret, he could
not erase all traces."
Justin gazed at the sea, his brows furrowing, blurting out, "Bella, could your mother be from Sentania?"
