“Let me warn you, Leon Wolf–let go of my son right now, or else I’ll make sure you, Iris, and the rest of her family die alongside
him!” Harold snapped, his expression ruthless.
“Let go of Jacob? In your dreams! I’ve already told you–I will kill your son right before your eyes so that you’ll be able to taste for
yourself just how it feels to lose a loved one! I’m a man of my word!” Leon scoffed as he lifted Jacob off the ground by his neck.
“Don’t you dare, Leon Wolf! If you do so, my father will rip you into shreds!” Jacob exclaimed, writhing as he gazed at Leon with
a look of pure hatred. Now that Harold and the Fields were at a clear advantage, Jacob grew even more confident that Leon
would not dare to hurt him. he was not an idiot, after all!
He had nothing to worry about!
“You’ll find out soon enough! You bastard–not only did you almost kill Louisa, but you even attempted to assault Iris and Ruth. I’ll
let you have a taste of your own medicine, and I will avenge all of them! Die, you bastard!” the more Leon spoke, the more
furious he got, and the look in his eyes grew even colder.
With that, he suddenly reached out and landed a punch squarely in the middle of Jacob’s chest, where his true energy
penetrated right through his flesh, leaving behind a hole the exact size of Leon’s fist and killing Jacob almost instantly.
Jacob widened his eyes in shock and stared down at the bloody hold in his chest, then crumpled to the ground in a heap, limp
and lifeless.
Even until the last moment before his death, he was still in disbelief that Leon dared to kill him!
“How...how can this be?” everyone was stunned by this. No one ever expected, not even in their wildest dreams, that Leon
would dare to kill Jacob, knowing what a disadvantageous position he was in right now!
Everyone was utterly stunned by Leon’s courageous behavior, one that some would even call manic!
“Leon, have you gone insane...” George, Ruth, and the rest were frozen in shock. Now that they were surrounded by Harold’s
men, Jacob was their only ticket to safety, and as long as Leon continued to take Jacob hostage, Harold would refrain from

attacking, and they stood a chance of escaping!
However, now, Leon killed Jacob, their one and only piece of hope!
What idiotic behavior was this? Jacob was Harold’s son, and now that he was killed, there was no doubt Harold would take
revenge on them! When that happened, not only would Leon and Iris taste his wrath, but the Collins would inevitably get involved
as well!

“Leon Wolf, you wretched punk! I’m going to kill you, and spill your remains all over this earth!” Harold shrieked in horror, his
eyes almost bursting out of his head in anger. He lost all his rationality and immediately stormed toward Leon, raising his fist in a
stance so powerful it stirred up the air around them.
The menace in his entire being seemed to tower above him, as though he was determined to split Leon right in half!
