“Don’t worry. I won’t let anything happen to you.” Leon hesitated when he saw how frail Roanne was and gritted his teeth, before
making up his mind
“Okay, I believe you,” Roanne felt safe when she met his eyes.
“Miss Thompson, I’m about to teach you a training method. Memorize it by heart. Also, it’s classified and you’re not to tell anyone
about this without my permission!” Leon reminded sternly.
He was not a man who could stand idly by when someone was dying, so he decided that he would have to teach Roanne the
Mysterious Maiden Method to help her. However, he knew that certain precautions must be in place.
He was not particularly close to Roanne and to avoid any accident from happening, he decided to only teach her half the content
of the Mysterious Maiden Method.
“Okay. I won’t tell anyone!” Roanne nodded, as she wondered what method Leon was going to teach her.
The method used by the Thompson was an Ultimate Power method and it was considered the most powerful method in the
entire Sky County, so she did not think it would be possible for Leon to know any method more powerful than what the
Thompsons had.
“The method I’ll teach you is called the Mysterious Maiden Method. Listen carefully,” Leon proceeded to
teach her the content of the first half of the method.
Roanne had a Darkness Complex and she was also a born genius in martial arts. After a brief explanation, she immediately
grasped the concept and began to train with the method taught by Leon. Soon, she started to absorb the pure energy inside her
body at a speed that was over ten times faster than earlier.
Leon was relieved when he noticed that Roanne’s energy was stabilizing and took advantage of the time to rest to recover from
his loss of spiritual energy.
Outside the Light Convergence Circle, Angus, Vivian, and Yuri were excited to see that Leon revived Roanne. However, they
soon saw Roanne spewing blood and they feared that Leon’s treatment might have failed.

Angus and Vivian desperately wished that they could run into the Light Convergence Circle to check on Roanne, but were
stopped by Yuri.
“Mom, Dad, Mister Wolf told us repeatedly not to get in. Don’t be reckless!” Yuri said.
“He did say that, but Roanne is spewing blood from her mouth. Maybe there’s been an accident,” Vivian said worriedly.
“Don’t worry. Mister Wolf is doing everything he can to help Roanne. Let’s just be patient!” Raphael said.
“Alright then,” Both Vivian and Angus suppressed the concern in their hearts hesitantly.
