The Ex-Husband’s Revenge By Dragonsky

Chapter 2566
"It's true, but Mister Jaxon is severely injured and I have to treat him immediately without further delay." Leon nodded.
"Great! Hang Jaxon over and we will take him to the nearest hospital!" The Feaks snapped out of it and were all overjoyed.
Since Jaxon was in a critical situation, they intended to send Jaxon to the hospital immediately and could not be bothered to
consider if Leon was the culprit.
"Kid, since you said you aren't responsible for this, you are coming to the hospital with us! Once Jaxon gets better or wakes up,
we will let you go once we confirm that you are not the culprit!" Roman added and turned his sharp gaze at Leon.
He knew that Jaxon might be alive, but that did not mean Leon was not the person who attacked him. So long as Leon remained
the suspect, he could not let him go.
Hence, Roman intended to take Leon to the hospital and once Jaxon regained consciousness, they would find out if Leon was
responsible.
"No! Mister Jaxon is severely injured and there's no time to send him to the hospital! I've already informed you that I can help
him, so you don't need to send him to a hospital," Leon said.
He realized that the Feaks probably did not hear him due to excitement and repeated himself again.
"What? You are going to treat Jaxon? Are you a doctor?" Roman and the others exchanged baffled looks.

"That's right. I'm quite well-versed in medicine. I've just sealed the circulation around Mister Jaxon's heart and so long as I start
treating him immediately, I'm quite certain that I can wake him," Leon said.
"Um...That won't be necessary. There's no equipment here so it's safer to send Jaxon to a hospital..." Roman hesitated for a
moment and immediately rejected Leon's suggestion.
He did not know how skilled Leon was, but assumed Leon could not be that helpful considering his age.
Jaxon was barely alive and without any medical equipment around, Roman did not think he had the ability to cure Jaxon.
Most importantly, Leon was still a top suspect and there was no way that he would let him treat Jaxon.
If Leon did so recklessly or messed up on purpose, Jaxon would perish for good and there was no way he would treat his
grandson's life without caution.
"No! I've told you that Mister Jaxon's condition doesn't allow him to be brought to the hospital. If you insist on doing this, you will
end up killing him..." Leon could tell that Roman did not trust him and was displeased.
However, Jaxon's life was on the line and Leon suppressed his frustration to keep convincing Roman in the hope that his advice
would be taken seriously.
