Because of that, Alfred reported to the central region to remove the
Demon Lord's name from the criminal list as soon as Leon eliminated him.

eliminate him.
This was practically a miracle.
However, Leon's identity was confidential so Alfred did not include that information.
Hence, the others only knew that the Demon Lord was eliminated by the Dragon Guards in the southern region, and that was
what Mister Orpwood thought as well.
He was curious as to which Dragon Guard accomplished the impossible and asked Alfred about it multiple times.
Unable to stand him, Alfred considered the fact that Leon once crossed paths with the western branch over the mission
concerning the Poisonwielder and told the truth in the end.
To get Mister Orpwood’s help to search for the Southern Boss, Alfred also informed him that Hugh injured the Southern Boss, so
Mister Orpwood knew the details about the event.
This was precisely why he was impressed by Leon.
