However, it was merely Leon's speculation that the Southern Boss was responsible and he did not have any evidence to support
his claim at the moment.

Leon was concerned that the leak of information might alert the culprit. Hence, he already informed Roman and the others to not
tell others about the Southern Boss.
Hence, Felton did not know that the Southern Boss was the one who took the Rainbow Flower.
"What? The person who did it took a few lives, too? Who on earth did this?" The Western Boss was quite taken aback.
Taking innocent lives was always taboo for the Dragon Corps.
It did not matter which family one was from, but no one would dare to take innocent lives if they wished to take the Rainbow
Flower.
