"It's fine! Western Boss, you don't have to come to me. I'm already here!" The Southern Boss's composed voice rose as he
strode into the living room to stand before the Western Boss and Felton.
"Southern Boss, you came just in time!" The Western Boss scoffed and cut to the chase. "How did the Rainbow Flower get
taken? If I'm not mistaken, you are probably responsible for this, right? Don't try to tell me it's not you!"
Though he guessed that the Southern Boss was responsible, it was merely his speculation and he could not be certain. Hence,
he suppressed his anger and did not fight the Southern Boss immediately.
"Well, you're right! I admit that I took the Rainbow Flower!" The Southern Boss nodded and admitted it.
"Why you! So it was you! Very well! I took you in and treated you as my guest, yet you stole the Rainbow Flower from under my
eyes. Don't you think you are out of line here?"
Hearing the Southern Boss admit to it, the Western Boss laughed angrily and a malicious intent flashed in his eyes.
There was no such thing as an eternal friendship, and it always boiled down to what was there to fain. 1
The Southern Boss repaid his kindness by stealing the Rainbow Flower and potentially got the Fermers into trouble.
This completely enraged the Western Boss and for a moment, he contemplated eliminating the Southern Boss.
Though the Southern Boss was formidable and in the Advanced Almighty State, he was in the heart of the Fermers' territory
where there were plenty of powerful martial artists around.

On top of that, the Southern Boss was yet to recover from his injury and his strength was not fully in place.
If the Southern Boss could not explain himself, the Western Boss was ready for a confrontation.
"Western Boss, calm down. I only stole the Rainbow Flower because I didn't want Leon to get to it first. You know what
happened between me and him, so there's no way that I'll let him obtain the Rainbow Flower," the Southern Boss explained.
He could tell that the Western Boss intended to kill him but ignored that because he had a solution for it.
He would have never returned and waited for the Western Boss to confront him if he did not have a plan after taking the Rainbow
Flower.
"Enough with your nonsense. You only took the Rainbow Flower to get stronger yourself. Stop using that kid as your excuse.
Besides, he's just a brat who has no support or connection here in the western region, how can he possibly get to the Rainbow
Flower before I do?" The Western Boss sneered.
He already learned the night before that Hugh was likely the chairman of Cynthion Group, Leon.
Still, the western region was his territory.
Leon was young and an outsider, so the Western Boss underestimated him.
Though Leon was interested in the Rainbow Flower as well, the Western Boss was already going to pressure Caleb into selling
him the flower. 1
If the Southern Boss did not take the Rainbow Flower, a young lad with no power in the western region could not have been his
match.

Hence, he dismissed it as the Southern Boss trying to find excuses for his actions.
He was unaware that the Southern Boss knew Leon and what he was capable of way better. If the Southern Boss did not
intervene, Leon would have obtained the Rainbow Flower by now and the Western Boss would never get to it in time.
