Charles had not told anybody about this secret.

He had to leave River City and go to other cities whenever he needed to seek
medical treatment.

After all, he had too many acquaintances in this city and he was too embarrassed
to speak about his disease

contacted Homer.

The Larson family was in the Chinese herbal medicine business, so he must
know many well known and experienced traditional Chinese physicians.
However, he had not revealed his true condition even after he contacted Homer.
Thus, Sean hitting the mark with a single comment as Charles was still hesitating
to tell him the name of his condition really made him feel excited.

He had found a cure for his disease!

heart.
