Big Novel

Besides having a noble identity, Sherleen was the head of the Yale family and
Clinton, Sherman, and Lola's mother.

In terms of age, she was also Sean's elder. Thus, she thought she had given
Sean face by submitting to him. Even then, Sean sat quietly and did not even
look at her.

Sherleen got mad and snapped, "Sean, don't go too far! Don't think that no one
can cure my father but you!"

Zander nearby sneered and said, "If you put it that way, we might as well get out
of here."

Zander turned to look at Sean and said with a smile, "Commander, let's leave
and see what they're gonna do..."

Sherman instantly became alarmed at that.

Sherleen was right. There were doctors who could probably treat Cedric, but
Cedric was so sick and dying that they did not have time to find another doctor.
If Sean did leave, they could only watch Cedric die and prepare his funeral!
"Mom, will you stop making things worse?" Sherman said helplessly.

Then he looked at Sean again. "Dr. Lennon, we've already apologized to you. My
mother has also submitted to you. What will it take for you to treat my grandpa?”
Sean did not answer Sherman's question but looked at Clinton, whose
expression was visibly ghastly.

Clinton instantly shuddered when he saw Sean looking at him. He knew Sean
was waiting for him to say something.

Clinton was humiliated and aggrieved, but what could he do but submit to Sean
now?

Clinton had no choice but to walk over to Sean and slowly say, "Mr. Lennon, I'm
sorry. I shouldn't have mocked you like that. I'm indeed not as good a doctor as
you. I'll never go against you again..."

"Is that all?" Sean asked calmly.

Clinton gritted his teeth and said solemnly, "As long as you're willing to treat my
grandpa, I can kneel at you, Mr. Lennon!"

Sherman and Lola were shocked to hear that, and Sherleen was also shocked.
Clinton was proud and refused to see others be better than him, so he picked a
fight with Sean, wanting to overpower Sean. However, the proud man had said
he was willing to kneel.

It was shocking!

Besides, Clinton was not just talking about it. He fell to his knees as soon as he
finished speaking.

"Clinton!" Sherman could not help shouting.

Clinton said bitterly, "Sherman, don't stop me. It's my fault. It's my responsibility. I
should bear it, of course."

With that said, Clinton plopped down onto his knees in front of Sean!

As the heir of the Yale family, a top student who returned from studying overseas,
and a man who would be sought after by countless people wherever he went,
Clinton knelt in front of Sean.

It was unbelievable.

Zander looked satisfied. Clinton had repeatedly mocked Sean. It was a relief to
see him get down on his knees and apologize to Sean. However, Sean's
expression was calm.

He looked meaningfully at Clinton kneeling in front of him and said earnestly,
"Clinton, it's not that I want to humiliate you. I only want you to know that
stubbornness and pride are nothing in front of patients. As a doctor, you should
always put the patient first, not your own pride. Got it?"

"Got it..." Clinton said bitterly and nodded vigorously.
