Sean glanced at the defiant-looking Curtis and said.

Zander nodded and looked at Curtis with a sneer. His eyes were full of glee from
the misery Curtis was about to suffer.

Once Sean found out the date of Old Master Lake's 50th birthday, he would
surely give him an unforgettable gift.

"Mr. Lake here is offering 450 million. Is there anyone else looking to bid further?"
The auctioneer asked with a smile.

However, the disdain in her eyes intensified.

Although she was not as prominent as Curtis, she was accustomed to seeing

how arrogant Curtis was.

He was only from a noble family in Ocean City, yet he behaved so arrogantly.

Curtis gazed at the auctioneer on stage and said with a chuckle.

"This gentleman bids 500 million! Does anyone else want to continue bidding?"
The auctioneer gazed at Sean before asking the others.

Everyone was momentarily silent as they looked strangely at Sean. No one
expected anyone in Ocean City to go against Curtis.

Facing the crowd's gaze, Sean only smiled and did not react.

Curtis was also staring at Sean, his eyes angry and solemn.

He whispered coldly, "You're as fearless as ever.

"But you must know this is Ocean City, not the Northwest!

"1, Curtis Lake, rule Ocean City!"

Then, Curtis suddenly stood up and said to the auctioneer on stage, "I bid 600
million!"
