Chapter 2251

She knew full well that if the Lake family's second and third branches failed to
overthrow Kennedy, a tragic end would await them.

However, she did not know Sean well, so she could not comment much.

Ding!

Titus' phone rang suddenly.

He turned on his phone and saw a text message from his father.

Aaron: [8 p.m. Greenview Hotel. Lake Security Services' opening.]

It was just one line, but it made Titus pupils widen.

He did not expect Kennedy to be so quick. Everything had been arranged in just
one day.

To set up a security company, one would need a group of strong men besides
money.

Kennedy was indeed the head of the Lake family. He had gathered enough men
in just one day to set up a security firm in one night.

Ring, ring, ring!

Before Titus could tell Sean what he had learned, Sean's phone rang suddenly.
The caller ID showed that it was Old Master Carver, and Sean picked it up
immediately.

"Mr. Lennon, Kennedy suddenly announced he's starting a security firm!"
Michael's anxious voice came from the phone. "And he has set it to open for
business at Greenview Hotel at 8 p.m.

"He sent out invitations to all the dignitaries in Ocean City, probably to embarrass
you in front of them!"

Sean looked calm as he chuckled and answered, "Don't worry, Old Master
Carver. These are nothing.

"I'll be there tonight to see what Kennedy is capable of."

After a brief conversation with Michael, Sean hung up the phone.

Shortly after the phone hung up, Jadon and Theodore called Sean, saying pretty
much the same thing.

After answering the phone calls, Sean's phone fell silent.

Knock, knock, knock!

There was a knock on the door.

Sean shook his head and smiled before saying somewhat helplessly, "Come in!"
Zander walked up to Sean with a red invitation card in his hand.

"Mr. Lennon, this is an invitation from Kennedy Lake."

After handing Sean the invitation card, Zander stood quietly at the side.

Titus said solemnly, "I can't believe that old geezer Kennedy even invited you, Mr.
Lennon!"

[Lake Security Services is holding an opening ceremony at Greenview Hotel at
eight o'clock tonight.]

There was only one simple sentence with Kennedy's signature.

Handing the invitation card back to Zander, Sean said with a smile, "It's not an
invitation card. It's Kennedy's written challenge to Optimus Security Services.
"Zander, inform the boys I'm taking them out to dinner tonight!"

When Zander heard "Kennedy" and "Written challenge”, a flicker of anger flashed
in his eyes.

However, he did not express anything and just left the office silently.

"Mr. Lennon, are you bringing your men over tonight to make a scene?"

Winnie looked at Sean with her watery eyes and asked with concern.

Sean glanced at her and said with a smile, "No, I'm bringing the boys there to
congratulate Kennedy!

"Lake Security Services is opening for business. As a veteran of the security
industry, I should congratulate him, shouldn't 1?"
