"Dad, don't worry! Your son is more capable than you think!" Titus said with a
chuckle.

Then, regardless of the other's reaction, he left the private room and went
straight to the Emperor's Suite.

Kennedy and the others who were drinking in the Emperor's Suite paused as the
door to the Emperor's Suite was pushed open.

Titus poked his head into the room and said with a smile to Kennedy," Uncle
Kennedy, it's you!"

After saying that, Titus strode into the Emperor’s Suite.

He boldly found an empty seat and sat down.

He poured himself a glass of wine and said with a smile, "Uncle Kennedy, I didn't
think I'd run into you when having dinner at Greenview Hotel. When I called
Greenview Hotel earlier, they told me someone had reserved this suite. I saw
your car in the parking lot and figured you must be the one to reserve it!"

The others looked in confusion at Titus.

Ocean City's dignitaries knew the three branches of the Lake family had always
been at odds.

nervous. He was more relaxed than Curtis, the heir of the Lake family's first

Unfazed, Kennedy looked quietly at Titus.

"Dig in! What's everybody doing? Are you not eating because you're trying to
help Uncle Kennedy save money? Oh, you know he's rich. Why are you helping
him save money? Dig in! Help yourselves. Make yourself at home!"

Titus also said with a smile when the crowd only looked at him without touching
their cutleries.

He looked like the host of the gathering instead of someone who had barged in.
Curtis’ face was extremely grim as he looked at Titus and said coldly," Titus, what
are you doing?" "Oh? Jer... Brother Curtis, you're here. I didn't see you when you
huddled in the corner!" Titus answered with mock surprise.

Curtis turned grimmer as he said solemnly, “Can't you see my father is discussing
business? This is no place for you to mess around. Please leave immediately!"
Titus raised his eyebrows but answered nonchalantly, "Brother Curtis, what do
you mean by that? Although outsiders say that you and I have always been at
odds, I still think of you as a brother! Outsiders are biased against us! Can't I
even come here fora meal? Besides, what can Uncle Kennedy talk to them
about? If Uncle Kennedy needs help, I can go back and talk to my father. Why
should Uncle Kennedy swallow his pride to beg from these people?"

The heads of the affluent families turned pale as soon as Titus said that.

Titus meant between the lines that they were not worthy of Kennedy even talking
to them.

However, the heads of the affluent families were not angered because of Titus"
remark. After all, the Lake family's second branch had always been at odds with
the Lake family’s first branch. They knew Titus was here mostly to stir up trouble.
"Titus, don't mess around! If you want to eat, order whatever you like. I'll pay for it
later.”

Kennedy's expression also turned grim as he stared at Titus as he said that.
Titus slowly put down his cutleries and sighed heavily when he heard that.
