Sean and the rest went to the Reason Group building.

The Reason Group's receptionist sat on her seat, playing with her phone.

She would never have done such a thing a day earlier, but today was different.
Everyone knew Reason Group was on the verge of bankruptcy for offending
someone. Even if she was just a receptionist, she had to consider her future and
find another job soon. It was expected for her to play with her phone at work now
that things had changed.

Sensing that someone was entering the building, the receptionist immediately
raised her head and looked toward the entrance. Shock flickered in her eyes
when she saw the remarkable group of people.

Without thinking much, she immediately put down the phone in her hand.
"Gentlemen, who are you here for?" The receptionist asked politely.

Although her loyalty no longer lay with Reason Group, maybe the people before
her could turn Reason Group's fate around. Those who were wise would never
cut off all their backup plans.

The receptionist thought she was wise.

Titus glanced at her and asked, "Is Kennedy here?"

The receptionist froze before replying, "Well... I don't think Old Master Lake is in
the building..."

The young man speaking was about her age, yet he dared to call Kennedy by his
first name.

Even though Reason Group was on the brink of bankruptcy, Kennedy was still
the head of the Lake family. Even without Reason Group, Kennedy still owned
tens of billions in assets. Kennedy was powerful, yet the young man

before her called Kennedy by his first name, showing how extraordinary the
young man was.

"Can you contact Kennedy?" Titus asked again, frowning slightly.

The receptionist shook her head as she was only Reason Group's receptionist,
and the most she could do was call Kennedy's office. A receptionist like her
would not have Kennedy's private phone number.

Titus frowned deeper when he saw her reaction.

"Brother Lennon, what do we do now? Why don't we go to Lake Residence? "
Titus asked as he looked sideways at Sean.

Sean nodded slightly and replied with a smile, "Let's go to Lake Residence and
visit Old Master Lake then."

With that said, the group of people turned around and headed outside.

Looking at the crowd of people left as hurriedly as they came, the receptionist
was dumbfounded. Even if Reason Group was about to go bankrupt, these
people had casual disregard for the head of the Lake family.

"Well, what does it have to do with me? I'm resigning soon..." The receptionist
muttered, sat back down, and took up her phone again to look for a job that
suited her.

After Sean and the others left Reason Group, they also went straight to Lake
Residence.

Several Rolls Royce limousines had parked outside Lake Residence within
moments.

Outside Lake Residence, a Rolls Royce with Janestown's license plates parked
quietly.

Sean and the others were stunned when they got out of the car and saw the
Rolls-Royce with Janestown's license plate.

"Is the Lake family in Janestown already here?" Jadon asked with a frown.

He and the others’ expressions did not look too good. After all, the Lake family in
Janestown was too out of reach for them.
