Marcus felt completely drained. His eyes showcased the deep sense of irony he was feeling. “For my good? You call this doing
me a favor?”
The nurse couldn’t help but stare at Marcus’s handsome face as her heart began pounding wildly.
She envied Ms. Sophia for having the privilege of being married to such a handsome man. It was such a shame that Mr. Marcus
was disabled and unable to perform.
Today, she was here to help Mr. Marcus regain some of his lost dignity.
“Mr. Marcus, Ms. Sophia truly loves you! She just wants to give you a child, your own child. That’s why she asked for our
assistance. We’re professionals; you just need to relax, and... and I can finish very quickly.”
Marcus’s pupils constricted as he finally understood their intentions.
Sophia had always expressed her desire to have another child, a notion he had always avoided.
Today, she was finally taking action.
“No! Don’t listen to her! Don’t do anything rash; we already have a child! We don’t need... don’t need another one...” Marcus
struggled as he tried to force out these words from his mouth, but his body was so uncomfortable that he could hardly control
himself.
The nurse didn’t pay any heed to his protests. With a mischievous smile, she reached out, about to touch Marcus’s body, when
she suddenly screamed and collapsed onto the floor.
Marcus, shocked and sweating profusely, looked up to see Ellinor holding a table leg. Evidently, she was the one who’d knocked
out the nurse.
After seeing Ellinor, Marcus’s pupils dilated with surprise and relief.
Ellinor looked down coldly at the fallen nurse, saying disdainfully, “You dare to touch my man? You’re asking for it!”
She threw the table leg aside and looked at her beloved man in the wheelchair. “Are you okay?”

She had just climbed in from the balcony when she saw a nurse attempting to take advantage of Marcus. She immediately
picked up a discarded table leg and sprang into action.
Had she been any later, her man might have been violated.
Marcus shook his head laboriously and tried to voice out his disbelief in his now hoarse voice. “I’m okay... How... how did you
get here?”
“It’s a long story. Just now I...”
She was interrupted by a peculiar moan. It was a woman’s voice, sounding both provocative and suggestive.
Following the sound, she turned to the curtain of the special examination room and saw an inappropriate scene playing.
Before she could even blush, her vision was suddenly obscured. Someone had covered her eyes.
Ellinor wasn’t scared. Through the scent of his perfume, she knew the person behind her was none other than her reluctant
brother, Balfour.
Balfour couldn’t stand the idea of his angelic sister being exposed to such filth.
Ellinor pulled away Balfour’s hand, frowning in annoyance. “Mr. Howard, what are you doing?”
Balfour, with a stern expression, tried to cover her eyes again. “Close your eyes; don’t look at that filth. It’s not for a lady’s eyes.”
Ellinor swiftly dodged Balfour’s hands and shrugged nonchalantly. “Mr. Howard, I’m a mother of four; there’s nothing I haven’t
seen. You, on the other hand, are probably still a naive boy, aren’t you? I bet you’re not as experienced as Byran. If you’re shy,
just turn around and don’t look.”
Balfour’s expression darkened, but he said nothing. He simply turned around to find the remote and turn off the inappropriate
display.
