Chapter 3243 Underground Passage
Feenix soon succumbed to exhaustion and fell into slumber. Jared, glancing at the entrance, began to don his clothes slowly.
He had been aware of Miya’s presence when she arrived, but consumed by the moment with Feenix, he hadn’t intervened.
Gradually, he made his way to the door and opened it.
At the same time, Miya remained seated on the ground, her face flushed. Her body radiated heat, and her eyes held a dazed
expression.
Even as Jared opened the door, she remained oblivious, lost in her fantasies. Observing Miya, Jared awkwardly whispered, “Ms.
Seizon...” His voice jolted Miya back to reality. Awkwardly, she stood and straightened her clothes. How long has he been
standing there?
“Mr. Chance, I-I...” Miya stammered, at a loss for words. She felt embarrassed that Jared had witnessed her in such a state.
“Is there a reason you’re visiting me during the night, Ms. Seizon?” inquired Jared. Miya nodded, then tugged at the man’s hand.
“Follow me...”
Jared was momentarily caught off guard, feeling a tightening in his chest. Where is she leading me? Oh, no. Does she want to
have sex? I’m not emotionally ready for this!
As Miya guided Jared further into the Seizon residence’s backyard, their surroundings growing more secluded, he couldn’t help
but murmur, “Ms. Seizon, I- I’m not ready yet. We’ve only recently met, and I would feel irresponsible if we spent a night together
so soon.”
Miya was stunned for a moment before realization dawned upon her. Grasping the man’s hesitation, she shot him a glare and
chided, “What are you implying? Do you think I’m taking you to my bed? You’re overthinking it. I’m bringing you somewhere
nice.”
As they ventured further into the woods, Jared pondered Miya’s intentions. Passing through a forest and crossing a river, they
arrived at a mountainous area -a secluded location seemingly untouched by people.
“Where is this, Ms. Seizon? Why did you bring me here in the middle of the night?” Jared inquired, puzzled.
Miya didn’t beat around the bush. “Answer me honestly. Do you want to enter the Seizon family’s ancestral land?”

Jared was momentarily surprised, then fell into contemplative silence. He couldn’t deny his interest, but even if he desired it, he
couldn’t access it. He couldn’t simply intrude into someone else’s ancestral land.
Sensing Jared’s hesitation, Miya swiftly understood his concerns. Thus, she reassured him, “If you want to visit it, I’ll take you
there. You can absorb any free nascence you want.”
Jared surveyed his surroundings; it clearly wasn’t the spot he had visited during the day. “I don’t think this is your family’s
ancestral land, right?”
“There’s an underground passage that leads into the ancestral land, and this is the entrance. There’s no way to stroll in through
the front entrance because it’s guarded. I can sneak you in through the passage. This way, no one will even notice we’re here,”
explained Miya.
“This isn’t a game, Ms. Seizon. If your father or other members of the Seizon family discover this, you’ll face consequences. I
don’t think we should go inside,” Jared cautioned, not wanting to bring trouble to Miya. “I won’t face consequences. I bet the
Seizon family will be in chaos after the ancestral land’s awakening.
No one will care about what I did then. My father has been keeping the matter from me and my sister because he doesn’t want
us to be involved. However, we already know about it.” Upon finishing her sentence, she pressed a protruding rock on the
ground.
With some noise, the rock slowly moved, revealing a dark entrance underneath.
