The Rewritten Love: A Second Beginning

The Rewritten Love: A Second Beginning by Max Charming Chapter 528
Madelyn wondered, ‘What’s bothering him?’ Slowly, Madelyn figured it out, but she did not bring it up and both of them just
remained quiet. When they arrived at the school, Madelyn softly said, “I’ll go now. Remember to have your lunch.”
Ethan responded, “Okay.”
Madelyn got out of the car. The car, which usually waited for her to enter the school, had already left. She arrived quite early
today.
“Madelyn! Madelyn!” Mya rushed over while clutching her backpack. She was panting. When she got to Madelyn, she asked,
“Madelyn, what’s wrong? I called your name several times, but you didn’t respond. What’s going on?”
Madelyn answered, “It’s nothing.”
Mya said, “I thought you wouldn’t come to school anymore since you got into the art college. I didn’t expect someone as
outstanding and impressive as you to be even more hardworking than me.”
Madelyn smiled slightly, “There’s nothing wrong with learning more.” Her exam results for Ventropolis College of Art had been
released two days ago. She was the top scorer.
Technically, she did not need to come to school anymore, but she had nothing else to do otherwise. There were people she
wanted to see here, including her friends. Madelyn asked, “What about you? Why are you here so early today?”
Mya responded, “My parents are going back to our hometown, and they have a flight to catch, so I came early. I didn’t expect to
bump into you. It’s great.” She laughed happily.
Madelyn thought, ‘Being carefree like her is quite nice too. She doesn’t have many worries and she doesn’t need to be
concerned about messing up in the exams either. With her family background, she can have a good life and do whatever she
wants to do.’
Madelyn said, “Have you had breakfast? I brought some pastries. You mentioned you wanted to eat some macarons last time, so
I made a few extras for you.”
Mya was over the moon, “I want some!”

After what had almost happened to Mya, Madelyn knew she could not do anything to make up for it, but she knew Mya loved
eating, so she would spend some time making different pastries for her every day.
Madelyn took out the pastries from her backpack and gave them to Mya. Mya eagerly opened them and started eating
enthusiastically, stuffing the macarons into her mouth.
Mya enjoyed the macarons so much that she squinted her gentle, innocent eyes as she said, “They’re so delicious! Madelyn! I’m
starting to like you more and more.”
Madelyn responded, “If you want to eat anything in the future, just let me know, okay? I’ll learn how to make it for you.”
Mya nodded before shaking her head,” It’s fine. It’s too much trouble for you. I’m already very happy that you listen to me
babbling to you all day, every day.
“Madelyn!” A long-lost voice could be heard from behind. Madelyn and Mya both turned to look. It was Yvonne! Zach was there
too.
Madelyn quickly moved away from him. Yvonne’s appearance was flashy. Her hair was dyed in striking red. She wore a tight-
fitting dress and knee- high boots...
Yvonne had not been back to school for about two to three months. She walked confidently as she said, “I came back from
France just for your engagement with my brother. Should I start calling you ‘sister-in-law’ now?”
She then turned to the man walking beside her and said with a smile, “Zach, what do you think?”
