After parking the car, the two walked into the restaurant. The entire place was filled with customers dressed in all sorts of elegant
clothing. It was clear this was the peak time for dinner.
Mandy showed the number plate, and a waiter led the two to the reserved seats.

Harvey repeated, curious.
“Didn’t your mother come here too? What’s she planning this time?”
Harvey knew the only person who could make such a capable woman like Mandy’s head throb would be her very own mother..
Mandy couldn’t help but rub her forehead and let out a sigh.
“Not just her, even Father’s here.”
“He bumped into a miracle; he managed to make a few friends after meeting a lot of bad people here.”
“These people are not easy going at all.
“They even tried clinging to me after hearing that you’re the Zimmer family’s live-in son-in-law.”
“They’re waiting to see you make a fool out of yourself.”
“In any case, just try to hold yourself back when you get home.”
“We’ll talk about everything after we get our marriage certificate back.”
Mandy’s face turned slightly red; she was naturally a little shy about bringing this up.
Harvey froze. He immediately understood what Mandy meant.
She was afraid of him fighting her mother again and causing more trouble.
Harvey held Mandy’s hand with a smile on his face.

“Don’t worry.”
“I’ll do everything you say here.”
