Just then, Jiaqiang walked over and asked joyfully, “Are you pleased with the arrangements today, Muqing?”
Muqing gave a polite nod and said, “Thank you, Uncle Jiaqiang.”

Muqing acknowledged his concerns and ordered, “I’ll attend to it immediately. Please let everyone return to work, Uncle

“All right,” Jiaqiang heaved a sigh of relief.
Xiaoyue stepped forward and clenched her jaw. She then yelled, “What’s the big deal? Dad, look at how haughty she is. Does
she really think that she’s the leader around here?! She just happens to have something going on with Sanyuan. Why is
everyone making such a fuss? This is ridiculous.”
Xiaoyue could not forget the embarrassment she had suffered at Muqing’s house last night. She was forced to kneel and
apologize reluctantly. Xiaoyue could not fall asleep last night as resentment clouded her thoughts.
Jiaqiang’s face darkened as he chided, “Shut the hell up! I’m warning you, unless you have 80 million to pay for the
compensation, don’t you dare antagonize her until the Chamber of Commerce of the Four Seas’ project is completed. Do you
understand?”

Xiaoyue had no choice but to swallow down her frustration. She clenched her fist and bit her lip hard. I’ll remember this, Muqing.

smoothly.
Jiaqing wasted no time and called for a meeting to announce that Muqing was now Business Development Director. The meeting
applauded and congratulated her on the promotion. In return, the nervous Muqing gave a heartfelt and earnest speech that
displayed her conviction.
