“Cruel?” Xavier sneered and glared at Shirley. “Letting you live after everything you’ve done is already generous!”
Shirley’s eyes instantly turned watery, and she grabbed his arm and sobbed. “I know that you’re still mad at me because of the

conversation. “Damn it! What are they talking about? What happened that made Xavier fall out with his first love?”
