"We're here for Geoffrey," Skylar said after giving him a quick glance.
"You're here for Mr. Lucas?" The bodyguard was stunned to hear that and was suspicious of them, so he said, "He's not hare,
but if you are serious about meeting him, why don't you call him then."
Skylar frowned and said, "Fine, the patriarch will do." Skylar would be completely fine with the bodyguard if he were to ask them
politely. However, the bodyguard seemed to be interrogating them. So, Skylar could not be bothered with him. Besides, Yulia
was only there to fulfill her grandfather's wishes. It did not matter if Geoffrey was present or not. The bodyguard was furious after
listening to what Skylar said, so he yelled, "Scram! Who do you think you are? Do you think our patriarch would meet literally
anyone? Why don't you take a good look at yourself before you decide to drop by here!"
The bodyguard was staring behind Skylar while yelling at him and when Skylar glanced back at the parked car, he immediately
understood everything. Apparently, he had lent his jeep to Naomi before the trip and only drove here in Yulia's car. It was an
extremely cheap car to any wealthy people. In all honesty, no one would dare get in Skylar's way in Cloudtopia even if he were to
ride around in a bicycle, but he somehow forgot that he was in the capital then. He never expected that a bodyguard would be so
judgemental.
"We're here for Geoffrey," Skylar said after giving him a quick glance.
"What's going on here?" Suddenly, a woman's voice broke the tension. Skylar noticed a young lady in a gray dress getting out of
a Porsche. The bodyguard approached the lady politely as soon as he noticed her.
"I wasn't trying to cause a scene, ma'am. But, I have no idea where this family comes from. They were being quite unreasonable.
They told me that they're here to meet Mr. Lucas when I stopped them. When I told them that he's not here and wanted them to
call Mr. Lucas, that man changed his mind and told me that he wanted to see the patriarch of our family. Look at the cheap car
they're driving, I don't think they can be anyone wealthy! They should keep dreaming about meeting our patriarch!"
The lady glanced at Skylar and Yulia before entering the mansion after hearing that. Apparently, she was not trying to act
entitled, it was just due to how high of a status their family had in the capital. She was used to the common folk trying everything
they could to sneak in just to gain an audience with the patriarch. The common folk would be able to boast to others that they
had met the patriarch if they were able to sneak in. So, the lady assumed that Skylar and Yulia were one of those people.

However, whatever the bodyguard said had offended Skylar. So, he scoffed and said, "Although you are nothing more than a
watchdog to the Lucas family, you still have a duty to uphold their reputation. If you're able to judge someone that much, I don't
think the family are good people at all. You think you have all the power in the world because of that? Well, let me tell you this,
there is no place in the world that I can't go to or people I can't meet. If it wasn't for my wife, I would ever give Shane any
attention at all!
