Chapter 623 A Distant Relative Of the Lucases
In Sconvia City, the Lucases were considered a first-rate family. Together with the Jenkinses, Kents, and Fitzes, they were
regarded as the major families of the A-class social circle.
On the other hand, the Colemans were far below them. At best, they can be regarded as a second-rate family.
Skylar has the backing of a distinguished family. It makes sense why he is so haughty.
After a brief pause, Ryan turned his attention to Terry. He spoke in a pleading tone, "Uncle Terry..."
Actually, Terry was the one who started it all.
Valerie had never consented to attend dinner parties. Terry mentioned Valerie's name and insisted that she must attend his event
to show off his capabilities. Ryan had to do as he was instructed to please him. Following that, a series of things happened that
intensified his conflict with Skylar.
Now, Ryan's last hope lies with Terry. His family would not be able to stand up to the Lucases if they took action against the
Colemans.
The two women who were watching were astounded too. Belinda and Peach had no idea a man from Cloudtopia would become
a family member of the Lucases in Sconvia City.
Only Terry was able to maintain his composure. He asked nonchalantly, "What's there to panic about? Are you afraid of him
because of the Lucases? Moreover, that guy's last name is Stone, not Lucas. In my opinion, he could be the son-in-law of the
Lucases. Do you think his family would offend me for the sake of a distant relative?"
As soon as Ryan heard this, his eyes lit up.
Terry's words had enlightened him. This man had a prominent background in addition to serving as a director of Nacrene
Commerce.
In the province of Nirth lived the prestigious Pearson family. Terry’s family was a branch of the Pearsons. The Pearsons had
protected the land for centuries. Similar to feudal lords, their power was passed down through the generations.
Even though they were a branch, Terry's family possessed a level of power that was unmatched by other families.

Terry said with a sinister glint in his eyes, "Alright, don't worry about it. I'm to blame for this problem. I’ll personally visit the
Lucases and meet that guy."
Skylar had the nerve to repeatedly ruin my plans. I wouldn't spare him.
Terry instructed, "However, you need to deal with the little starlet that I had my eyes on."
Ryan's face immediately lit up. He promised him confidently, "Uncle Terry, I assure you. That starlet would be without support
once you dealt with Skylar. If I told her to go east, she wouldn't dare go west. Would she not be at your mercy at the time?"
Terry nodded in agreement. His eyes briefly exhibited a hint of a lewd smile.
Skylar and Valerie's misfortune made Belinda and Peach happy.
Finally, someone would avenge their deep grudge against Cloudtopia. Terry was so powerful that even Mr. Coleman needed to
flatter him. This time, whether it was Valerie or Skylar, they had better brace themselves to be devoured.
Skylar purchased several kinds of herbs on his way to deliver Valerie home. He went to the farmers' markets to grind them and
make an ointment.
He split it into two and gave one to Valerie. He instructed her to apply it to her injured cheek when she got home. He assured her
that she would recover after a good night's sleep.
He then returned with his family to the Floccessy Tower at Lucas Manor.
After he applied the ointment to Yulia, the little one asked Skylar to train her to fight. As expected, Skylar was happy to oblige.
While Yulia watched quietly from the side.
Clara's voice rang out from outside the door as the father and daughter were immersed in their training.
"Yulia and Skylar!"
