Aiden rolled his eyes, thinking that Skyar was bluffing. He knew all the prestigious families in Nirth and none carried the last
name, Stone.
"You asked for it, Skylar. I'll call my dad now." Aiden then whipped out his phone and made a call. "Dad, I'm in Sconvia City with
the Masons. But I ran into a prick here who slapped me and said he could get away with it. Go put him in his place, Dad."
Terry was in the hospital treating his left arm. He had enough on his plate. Impatiently, he shouted, "Who's that bastard? I'm
going to make him pay the price."
"His name is Skylar Stone. Please..."
"WHAT?" Terry exclaimed. The name, Skylar Stone, was like kryptonite to his presence. While Terry would love to have his
revenge against Skylar, now was not the time. He needed a perfect plan first.
"Why on earth would you cross Mr. Stone?" Terry reproached his son. "Beg for forgiveness now or even I can't guarantee your
safety."
"What?" Did his father just call Skylar "Mr. Stone"? Was Skylar such an eminent figure that even his father had to use a
respectful term of address?
"What did Terry say?" Skylar asked nonchalantly.
Before Aiden could say something, Fergus and Elaine made matters worse. "Oh, Skylar. Your arrogance will be the death of
