Farru grinned as he thought of Sheetal, but then his phone abruptly buzzed. Farru glanced swiftly over his letter.
As he read the message, he abruptly arched his eyebrows. He gave off a little disappointed expression before turning to gaze at Jolene, who was laughing and joking about with Liam.
While chatting, Jolene was giggling. But Jolene spotted Farru looking at her in an odd way.
When she caught him staring at her, she was a bit stunned and surprised. Is everything okay, Mr. Farru? she asked him in a startled tone as she calmed herself.
But Farru’s gaze remained fixed on her. She now feels really uncomfortable. She forced a hard smile while showing an awkward look.
“Bro, just avert your gaze.” She feels uneasy because of you, “Liam said as he moved slightly forward. Farru directly questioned Jolene without bothering to ask for them.
Farru said, “Ms. Jolene, we have bad news.”
Her expression changed as soon as she heard. She raised her eyebrows and asked out in concern, “What exactly, Mr. Farru? “Please inform me”.
Farru’s point of view.
Although I didn’t want to tell her this news, I did. I have no idea why. Maybe it has to do with her mom. When it comes to mother topics, I just can’t seem to control my feelings. It’s the one thing I’m weak at.
However, at this point, I am unable to judge the incident. I need to be fully informed on this topic.
“Bro, but what happened?” Liam’s unexpected inquiry jolted me back to reality.
I gave him a quick glance before turning to Jolene. Then I said, “Your mother is not at home.”
” what?” Jolene asked, startled. In a state of fear, she began to question, “Mr. Farru, where is she then?”
“Ms. Jolene, calm down,” I urged.
“Calm down? How am I to? She is missing. We have no relatives in this town. As a result, she is unable to travel anywhere, “Jolene stated, her tears welling up.”
“Please let us find it, Ms. Jolene.” Now relax, “Liam said. However, she ignored him and began muttering, “Mom, mom, where are you?”
I feel like a failure right now. I just wasn’t able to help her mother.
She was squeezing her own hands. “Ms. Jolene,” I was about to say, but she interrupted me in the middle of my sentence.
“I want to go there, Mr. Farru.” I want to return home. Let me go there, please, “Jolene sobbed as she spoke.
If it is, then I want to go as well because I need to see it for myself.
“Yes,” I answered with a casual nod.
“Farru, you cannot simply go there. It may be hazardous, “Liam stated.
I added, “Liam, we need to find out what exactly happened there.”
“But in this case? It’ll be dangerous, “Liam said. However, Jolene suddenly said.
Jolene: Mr. Farru, Liam is correct. You do not need to go there. I’ll go there by myself. You guys can not be put at risk for me. You guys help me out a lot. Now, kindly leave it in my hands.
I narrowed my eyebrows and responded, “How could you suggest it would be dangerous?”
Jolene pushed her lips together and spoke when she heard me.
Jolene: Because I’m hearing for the first time that my mother isn’t home. I am quite familiar with my mother, and I think something happened. As a result, I don’t want you to put yourselves in danger.
I listened to her, but I decided not to bring it up. I simply turned away from her and said, “We’re leaving, that’s all.”
Liam said, “Farru.”
“Liam, we are responsible.” If we still have a life risk, we have to do it, “I remarked.
I ordered the driver to go to block 20, road 3, and home number 20.
The driver drove the car to the location.
We arrived in front of her house after about 30 minutes. We got out of the car. I glanced all throughout the residence. It was remarkably quiet.
It was pretty surprising that her mother stayed here by herself. The region is really quiet. Though nobody is in the area, I turned my attention from the surroundings to the home. Then we started moving in the direction of the home.
“Liam, you’re still not okay,” I remarked. “You are not forced to come inside.”
Liam said, “Farru, shut up and let’s go.”
This jerk followed me around like a shadow. I grumbled and drew my rifle; the door had already been unlocked, so we had no trouble getting into the home.
We had a peek around the space. The area was rather chaotic.
Jolene called her mother in a trembling voice, “Mom.” The room was completely destroyed.
I raised an eyebrow and peered around. I was a little perplexed by the disarray.
What do they genuinely want? Jolene immediately ran up the stairs.
I yelled, “Ms. Jolene!” But she didn’t pay attention to me.
I responded, “Wait, Miss,” and I followed her upstairs. She apparently went right to her mother’s bedroom. I went after her there. Everything I could see was broken. Her mother’s clothing was totally negated.
Jolene abruptly touched her mother’s clothing before falling to the ground. She began sobbing while holding her mother’s belongings. “Mom.”
I had a glance at her bedroom.
Is it a kidnapping or a robbery? I gave Jolene a glance before making a cautious approach to her mother’s closet. It was totally empty. There is nothing.
I sense an odd sensation from this incident, but I’m not sure why, and it makes me feel a bit awkward.
I turned to look out the side window and then gently went toward it. I stopped and peered out the window. I felt as though I had seen something. I focused more closely to see it, and I noticed a person hiding behind the tree.
I then abruptly yelled, “Everyone, down your head!” As soon as a bullet struck the window, I quickly fell down.
‘gun shot’
It was emphatic. Everything in the room is starting to break down. Jolene inserted her fingers into her ears. “Liam, stay with her,” I yelled.
He covered Jolene while nodding.
I clenched my teeth and understood that it was a trap. However, that moron is in London. I know it’s not impossible for him to do this. It’s enough for me to endure him.
The bullet’s sound gradually diminished. In a split second, things became quiet. Each of us exchanged glances.
“Farru, I think they’re here,” Liam remarked.
I dropped my gaze while I considered how to leave this place.
“Liam, you remain with her,” I told him. ” I’m heading outside to check.”
Jolene abruptly said, “No, Mr. Farru.”
“Farru, are you an asshole? You can’t take this risk,” Liam warned him, “Don’t you dare go out alone.”
“It’s not the proper time to talk about it, Liam.” I said, “You stay with her,” and I left the room as swiftly as I could.
Liam yelled, “Farru.”
I crept down the stairs while hiding behind a table. I noticed that my driver was likewise standing behind a wall and holding a gun.
I whistled, and when he heard me, he glanced at me. I tried looking out the window, but there was no one there. I got up from there and walked over to stand next to him.
He answered, “Sir, I truly have no idea who is shooting.”
“It’s coming from behind the tree,” “He’s using a machine gun,” I said.
“Is there a sniper in the rear seat of the car?” I asked. He said, “Yes, sir.”
I peeked outside to see where the car was. As I checked the distance, I peered to the side. He was firing at us from the hill, that bastard.
I told them, “I’ll go first, and you should just follow me and get inside the car at that time.”
He said, “Yes, sir.”
Me: Next, turn the car on and accelerate it. I will handle other matters.
As I already stated, I ran out of the home, and he followed. As we emerged from nowhere, the firing began.
The fire shots were incredibly loud.
I opened the door and went inside the car while he was already driving.
I took the sniper from the backseat and peered back through the glass.
