After the episode,
My man made a U-turn and increased the speed of my Porsche 911. I took my seat and began to aim. My car was continually being pelted with gunshots. After some time of staring through the magnifier, I saw that man. He was firing at us with a machine gun from a distance.
I sat down and waited for the right moment. I focused on his head and then pulled the trigger as my car was about to pass the short mound where he was sitting.
“Bang.” “Bang.”
Then, my car came to a stop. I moved the sniper and turned to face the area.
Driver: Sir.
“Everything is OK now. We can walk out,” I replied as I gazed at his lifeless body.
We got out of the car and observed the area.
Driver: Do you need me to go check there, sir?
“No need,” I answered, as I stopped him. “I’ll look into that.” Afterwards, I shifted my focus and said, “Go inside and inform Liam that everything is now under control.”
After giving a quick nod, he quickly left.
I yanked out my gloves and walked over there. I lowered my eyes to his lifeless body and then pushed him away with my leg.
I took a peek at his blood-spattered face. His head was just pierced by my bullet.
In my whole life, I have never missed a target. How can you possibly be alive?
It’s really disappointing that you won’t be able to share this wonderful news with your boss.
I inhaled deeply and started to scan my surroundings. Although this location is so lovely, I don’t understand why they picked it as the site of my attack.
I squatted down next to his lifeless body and looked in his pocket. I came across nothing from him. I drew a long breath of frustration and rose to my feet again. But suddenly, I stomped fiercely on the dead man’s chest. And I repeatedly kicked him. I was angry that I couldn’t find anything and that this attack had been prepared.
I stormed out of there, and while I was walking, Liam and Jolene were leaving the home.
Liam said, “Bro, are you alright?”
“Everything is OK,” I said in response.
……
Jolene and Liam looked at each other. “Thank you,” Jolene muttered as she dropped her gaze. She had tears in her eyes.
Farru groaned before responding to Jolene, “It’s okay, Ms. Jolene.”
She said, “You people saved my life again, but what about my mom?”
Jolene: Where is she? And who attacked us?
Farru: Ms. Jolene,..
Farru uttered her name in a concerned voice and then turned to look at Liam to manage this situation. Liam gently bowed his head as he understood Farru’s signal.
“Ms. Jolene, we will find your mother,” Liam stated solemnly.
Jolene: But who kidnapped my mother and why?
Farru: We’re not sure why.
Farru abruptly stated.
Farru: However, I am aware that they kidnapped your mom in order to trick us. And I think we can find her with ease. After all, I know who did this.
Jolene: Who?
Farru shifted his attention away from Jolene. It seems that he was not pleased by her question.
Liam: Jolene, listen to me. I believe you already have a basic understanding of what we do; perhaps one of our rivals has taken that approach. They must have some information about you, so I think they are trying to hurt us.
Jolene scowled and then squeezed her lips together to keep her tears at bay. “Ms. Jolene, I am sorry because of me. You are suffering a lot,” Farru stated after taking a glance at her.
He repeated what he had just said after taking a big breath.
Farru: Please give me a week; I’ll find your mother.
While drooping her shoulder, Jolene stated, “I just want my mum back, Mr. Farru.”
Yes, Farru said with a gentle nod.
Farru’s phone buzzed abruptly. He picked up the phone and noticed his father was on the line. He audibly sighed before receiving his call.
Farru: dad.
Musa: Where are all of you?
Farru: Dad, we’re on the way. We’ll be home shortly, so don’t worry.
Musa: Yes, hurry up.
They hung up the phone and bid one another good-bye.
Jolene: Mr Farru, your hand is bleeding.
Farru moved to gaze at his hand when he heard Jolene. His lower arm was slightly wounded when he approached the moving car.
Farru checked his right arm and the cut on it. He didn’t even notice his arm was cut by something.
Liam responded, “Brat, I warned you to be careful.”
Farru said, “Liam, I’m OK. It’s only a minor cut.”
Jolene: Mr. Farru, if it’s okay with you, come into the house. I’ll wrap that up.
Farru: home?
Jolene replied somberly, “Mr. Farru, maybe it’s ruined, but I still remember where my mom put the things in the room.
Farru: No worries, Ms. Jolene. We don’t need to go there, not even you and I.
With her eyes narrowed, Jolene asked.
Jolene: what?
Farru: Yes. as long as you remain with usYou will remain with us as long as I can’t find your mother. and it will benefit us more.
Jolene: “No, Mr. Farru, it’s impossible.”
Liam: Why is it impossible, Jolene? When Farru promised you, he would do whatever it took to find your mother.
Jolene averted her eyes and gave a dismissive nod.
Jolene: Mr. Liam, please try to understand. I can’t live. They wrecked my house, which is mine. Now I have to repair my residence once more.
Farru: Is your mom’s life more vital, Ms. Jolene, or fixing your house? And if they’ve already destroyed your home, they’ll probably come back and attack us as well. You might also get hurt by them.
Jolene drooped her shoulders and stroked the inner corner of her eye. She was exhausted, really exhausted. She shook her head in agreement as she pursed her lips.
Jolene: All right, I will.
When she turned to face her shattered house, tears began to rise in her eyes.
Liam: Ms. Jolene,
Liam made an effort to cheer her up and make her feel better. After taking a deep breath, Jolene entered the car. She took a seat next to the window seat and peered out the window while crying. She didn’t even blink an eye as the car gently drove away from her home. Water was streaming from Jolene’s eyes to her cheek as she kept glancing that way.
And then, slowly, a sardonic smile appeared on her face.
She smiled as she brushed her tears away with her finger.
Farru’s point of view
I was observing my lower arm and realized that it would soon get dry. But will what I’m doing and for whom I’m doing it be fruitful?
I cast a sidelong glance towards Jolene as I was thinking. She was staring out the window with her back to us.
Who are you, Jolene? Are you the victim, or are we your prey? You cannot imagine what I will have prepared for you if you want to act as a victim while using us as a lure.
I’ll see to it that you endure suffering and beg me to kill you. Because I hate liars and betrayers.
I turned my attention away from her side and peered out the window.
Scenario 3.
Maria is dressed in a black crop top and shorts. She looked in the mirror at herself. She then took her handbag and headed out of her room.
Maria was singing as she went down the stairs. While there, Mrs. Elise was on the phone for a critical discussion. When she saw her coming downstairs, she hung up the phone.
Elise made her way over there. Her expression seemed solemn, as if she was about to tell her something important.
“Maria,” as my mother yelled my name and approached me, I came to a halt and glanced at her.
Me: Yeah.
“Where are you going?” Mom questioned me in quiet tones, as if she was genuinely upset about something. I approached her somewhat closely.
I said, “I’m heading to Daniel’s house.”
Mom, however, doesn’t appear very pleased to hear me. She raised her brows and inquired once more, “Why?”
Her inquiries rather startled me. Is she questioning me? I prefer not to meddle in other people’s affairs. However, mom now does it on purpose. I just don’t understand why. I responded to her and quickly averted my attention from her.
Me: I want to meet Daniel because I’m bored.
Mom: do you have a shame maria?
Mom spoke out of the blue, which astonished me.
Her remarks truly stunned me. How could she say that about me? As I stared at her, I scowled and pursed my lips.
Me: Do you understand what you’re saying, Mom?
Mom: Am I saying what I mean? I’m talking with a girl who has no shame.
Me: mom.
I yelled out in an angry manner.
Mom: Maria, be quiet. Now, return to your room. You are not permitted to leave at this time.
Me: you can’t keep me here. I’ll tell my father everything you said to me.
Mrs. Elise tightened her eyes and focused her attention on her daughter. It’s unbelievable how much her attitudes and behavior have changed. She couldn’t believe her own eyes to see her daughter.
Yeah, she knows her daughter has a bad temper and she always pampers her daughter. And now her adoration is becoming a threat to certain others. Her affection is piercing his throat like a thorn, it’s driving her daughter in the wrong direction.
Mrs. Elise sternly stated, “Maria, I am not allowing you to go out right now.”
Maria abruptly said, “Mom, stop this. Don’t waste my time with your sentiments and threats. “
Maria: I guess it won’t work on me anymore. So, would you kindly stop acting in this manner?
Then Maria spoke calmly to her mother.
Maria: And if you dare to try to stop me again, you know who I am, mom.
She smiled sarcastically while arching her brows.
Maria : You know what I can do. So could you just end this? No one can stop me, so why try?
Maria went out of there after saying this. Mrs. Elise let out an audible sigh as she dropped her gaze.
……….
I’m unsure about her next move. Her father is completely destroying her life. If you keep doing this, Maria, you will never be happy.
Mrs. Elise was abruptly distracted from her thoughts by a voice. She jerked slightly before turning around.
A maid responded, “Ma’am, the car is ready.”
After giving a quick nod, Mrs. Elise walked upstairs to get ready for the meeting.
…..
Scenario 2.
We came back home in 30 minutes.
As soon as my dad saw me like that , he came close to me with worried eyes. “Farru, what is wrong, son,” dad asked.
“Dad, it’s nothing,” I responded. “Liam,” dad inquired, looking at him.
“Uncle? I will tell you everything, but first tell him to treat his wound,” Liam said. Musa called out to everyone. They just came here in a second.
“Dad, don’t. i am okay,” I said. I looked at a maid and said, “Hey, take care of this new guest.” She will stay with us okay.”
“Jolene,” dad said, looking at me.
“Yes, dad, she will stay with us,” I replied.
Farru, is everything all right? “Are you okay, girl?” Dad asked.
Next episode.
“You are stronger than anyone,” I said, while kissing her on the forehead. “You know what you should do, don’t you?” After hastily nodding, Sheetal looked at me with sad eyes.
“Baby, do your hardest, okay,” Daniel answered. “I’ll take care of Aunt.” Sheetal nodded and said, “Daniel, I’ll try to come back soon; you just stay with my mom.” And I’ll work hard.
