The Charismatic Charlie Wade

Micheala and Claire spent a long time talking in the executive lounge.
During their conversation, Micheala changed some of the details of her story to make it sounded more reasonable to Claire.
According to Micheala, she and her grandfather had gone to Aurous Hill because his health was failing and they had heard about
a Chinese doctor named Dr.Simmons who had a clinic there. They immediately booked a flight to Aurous Hill, where Micheala
used a fake identity in order to keep a low profile.
She told Claire that Dr.Simmons had successfully treated her grandfather, but while they were in Aurous Hill, her uncle had
seized control of the family business and was searching for Micheala and her grandfather.
That was when she heard about Charlie, a powerful feng shui master, and sought his help in escaping.
She left Aurous Hill without telling Claire, in order to protect him from being drawn into the situation.
Micheala revealed to Claire that she had been able to take back the control of the Joules family and it thanked to Charlie’s
assistance in changing her feng shui fortune.
This allowed her to return to New York with her grandfather and reclaimed the leadership of the family during a time of crisis.
Micheala didn’t need to explain further to Claire, as Claire already knew most of the story from watching the news.
The true purpose of the trip to Aurous Hill had been cleverly hidden by Micheala, who used Dr.Simmons and Charlie’s identity as
a feng shui master to distract and convince Claire.
By doing this, Micheala was able to mislead Claire into believing in Charlie’s abilities as a feng shui master.
Upon learning about the extent of the danger that Micheala had faced, Claire felt ashamed that she had not realized the
seriousness of the situation and felt hurt by Micheala’s decision to leave without saying goodbye.
However, she also felt proud of her husband, as she had not expected Charlie’s abilities in feng shui to be so powerful that he
could help Micheala claiming back the position of head of the Joules family and ascend to the top in one step. This also
explained why Micheala, the head of the trillion-dollar Joules family, was respectful towards Charlie.
Claire thought everything about the situation was impeccable, and the small feeling of loss in her heart had disappeared.

As she walked back to the hotel room after sending Micheala away, Claire wiped away tears that had formed due to Micheala’s
rough ordeal.
When she returned to the room, Charlie noticed that Claire had been crying and asked her, “Claire, why are you crying?”
Claire hugged Charlie and, through tears, said, “Honey, it was just too difficult for Micheala...”
