"Um, Mister Caldicot, you're too kind. I just got lucky," Leon responded modestly after a moment of hesitation.
He always preferred to keep a low profile.
Though there were a few criminals who perished at his hand apart from the Poisonwielder and the Demon Lord, he never told
the public about it to avoid trouble.
However, Fletcher, Howard, and Mister Orpwood all knew that he eliminated the Demon Lord and injured the Southern Boss.
Hence, he could only accept their compliment.
"Mister Wolf, you are too modest. How can you kill the Demon Lord and injure the Demon Lord with just luck?" Fletcher shook
his head with a smile. Suddenly, he recalled something and added, "I heard from the Dragon Guards in the southern region
some time ago that Asmodeus and the Scarlet Thief were taken down recently as well. Mister Wolf, that can't possibly be your
doing as well, right?’ he joked.
All the criminals on the list were cunning and formidable, so they were each challenging to defeat.
Linder normal circumstances, eliminating one to two criminals within two years would already be quite an accomplishment.
However, Asmodeus, the Scarlet Thief, the Poisonwielder, and the Demon Lord were all eliminated by the Dragon Corps in the
southern region within two to three months.
Instantly, he started suspecting that Leon was responsible for Asmodeus and the Scarlet Thiefs death as well.

With consideration of how cunning these criminals could be, the fact that Leon managed to eliminate two of them was already
quite impressive.
If he took down all four of them, it would be shocking.
In the next moment, his intuition was proven right.
"I-" Leon quieted down.
Asmodeus and the Scarlet Thief were indeed eliminated by him, so he did not quite know how to respond.
It was not like he could deny it as it would be inappropriate.
"What? So you did take down Asmodeus and the Scarlet Thief?" Howard, Fletcher, and Mister Orpwood were all stunned.
Shortly after, they realized that Leon was likely the person who accomplished it all.
"Mister Wolf, you're incredible. You managed to take down four of the eight criminals within months. How on earth did you do it?"
Fletcher was shocked.
Mister Orpwood and Howard were both gaping at Leon as well.
They all knew about Leon's true strength. If he was capable of taking down the Demon Lord, he surely could eliminate
Asmodeus and the Scarlet Thief.
However, the criminals were known to be cunning and great at hiding.
Locating a single criminal alone would be quite challenging, let alone eliminating them.

This could not be accomplished by overwhelming strength alone.
Yet, Leon managed to take down four criminals on his own.
This was practically a miracle and they were shaken to the core.
