Mister Orpwood slammed the table in rage.
Alfred sought his help to search for the Southern Boss and explained that he might have fled to the Western region.
Indeed, that seemed to be the case. On top of that, the Southern Boss even committed robbery and murder.
Instantly, he was furious.
"Mister Orpwood, the Southern Boss has already taken the heavenly herb, the Rainbow Flower. If I'm not mistaken, he wants to
use it for his training. We need to find him before he uses it to get to the next level!" Leon said.
He knew that the Dragon Corps was a special organization with countless martial artists in the Almighty State or above. 1

The most powerful individuals in these branches were Mister Orpwood and Alfred, yet they were both only in the Peak Almighty
State.
As for the others, they were all in the Advanced Almighty State at best and they were the minority.
Now that the Southern Boss obtained the Rainbow Flower, he may be able to get to the Peak Almighty State.
That would make capturing him far more challenging for the Dragon Guards in both the western and southern regions.
