The Guardian's Sword

The captain of the personal guards was on Lisha's side. Otherwise, he would not
have dared to ask such a question.

"Do you disagree with my decision?" Claremento asked coldly.

"No!" The captain of the personal guards quickly lowered his head to answer and
dropped to one knee.

Claremento waved his hand to signal the captain of the personal guards to stand
up and slowly said, "Aria and Lisha are both my daughters. I value both equally. I
won't blindly trust any of them until we figure this out. But I won't randomly
suspect them either."

"Well..." The captain of the personal guards stood up and looked at Claremento
in confusion.

"This case is complicated. We have witnesses, but they may have been bribed,
so we can't believe them. Besides witnesses, there is no other evidence. We
can't continue the investigation if we don't get a breakthrough."

"Therefore, either Lisha or Aria must be released to walk outside to think they
have been trusted, cleared their name, and won this fight. Only by doing this can
a clue be revealed and give this case a breakthrough.”

"I gave Aria freedom instead of Lisha because Aria is cunning and tricky. If she
comes out, she will be restless and run everywhere. But it's difficult to say if it's
Lisha. Except for traveling to Dragon Kingdom in the past, Lisha stays indoors in
the mayor's residence for the rest of the time. What difference does it make if she
is given freedom or not?"

Claremento's explanation made the captain of the personal guards understand.
The captain of the personal guards was glad to know Lisha was not kept under
house arrest because of suspicion or defeat!

"Leave. Remember to report Aria's every move to me, but don't let her find out
she's under surveillance," Claremento said calmly.

"Yes!" The captain of the personal guards beamed as he nodded heavily.

Noon.

Lisha was playing with her phone in her room.

On the phone screen was a travel video, from which the introduction in English
and the scenery displayed on the phone screen showed that this was a tourist
attraction somewhere in Dragon Kingdom.

Watching the scenery behind the tourist attraction, made her remember the
extraordinary journey he had experienced. She also remembered the troubles on
the flight back with Sean.

"l wish I could go... You're never going there!" A melodious voice came, and a
woman pushed the door open and came in.

The woman was none other than Aria!

Aria did not close the door after stepping in. She walked straight to Lisha's bed.
In the past, Lisha would have gotten out of bed and given Aria plenty of respect.
However, she only glanced at Aria and continued looking at her phone to watch
the travel video.

Aria was furious when she saw that Lisha was still lying on the bed and refusing
to look at her.

"Lisha, I'm free. I can go wherever I want, but you're still locked up here. Do you
know why? Haha, because Dad believes me, not you!
