Chapter 2589

"Master Scott, can't you take your time?" Max complained as he slumped down
onto the floor.

Jorge glanced at him and answered with a chuckle, "You're too weak. If you were
like your big brother, I'd take you as a disciple.”

Max's face paled immediately. Blaze had always outshone him since young.
Whether in intellect or physical strength, Blaze was far superior to him. He and
Blaze had long been compared to each other by Janestown's dignitaries.
However, as the younger brother, Max was no match for Blaze. Therefore,
whenever Ocean City's dignitaries mentioned the Lake brothers, they only
remembered Blaze, who was the older brother. Max, the younger brother, was
always forgotten.

Max was upset about being compared all the time. He knew he was no match for
Blaze in any aspect, but no one could accept always being compared to others.

shouted at Jorge, Master Scott!"

"Yes! Go on!" Jorge answered with a smile and led Max to a large hall in

Sky Sect.

There were more than a dozen figures in the hall. Most were elderly men with
white hair, but there were also a few middle-aged men close to Jorge's age.
Jorge led Max into the hall and immediately attracted everyone's attention.

A burly middle-aged man looked at Jorge and said loudly, "Jorge? Weren't you
patrolling the mountain? How come you're back so soon?"

"Mr. Lake brings news that the man who killed Master Shay has entered
Janestown!" Jorge replied solemnly.

Everyone in the hall instantly looked at Max, who was beside Jorge.

The burly man stared at Max and asked solemnly, "Has the lunatic entered
Janestown?"

When the burly man looked at Max, an indescribable pressure instantly
enveloped Max.

Max nodded immediately and said solemnly, "Elders, the Lake family's spies in
Ocean City came this morning with news that Sean Lennon has left Ocean City
and is heading towards Janestown with his men. After calculating the travel time,
he has probably arrived in Janestown!"

The faces of the dozen people in the hall darkened. Don was in the same sect as
them. The fact that he was killed in Ocean City, they could not accept it.
